Sugarcane ethanol has several advantages for India: sugarcane can sequester carbon dioxide while producing byproducts like sugar, alcohol, power and bioplastics; this can reduce dependency on oil imports and pollution. However, India faces challenges in fully utilizing sugarcane for ethanol including a lack of support for innovative practices, outdated infrastructure, and insufficient policy support from the government regarding pricing, blending mandates and incentives for multi-fuel vehicles. Future focus areas should include improving yields through better management, producing high-value products from sugarcane, reducing pollution across the supply chain, and developing infrastructure for ethanol transportation.

Production and Processing of Turpentine Oil. Fractionation of Turpentine Oil
Turpentine (also called spirit of turpentine, oil of turpentine, wood turpentine and colloquially turps) is a fluid obtained by the distillation of resin obtained from live trees, mainly pines. It is mainly used as a solvent and as a source of materials for organic synthesis. Turpentine is composed of terpenes, mainly the monoterpenes alpha-pinene and beta-pinene with lesser amounts of carene, camphene, dipentene, and terpinolene.
Turpentine oil is made from the resin of certain pine trees. It is used as medicine.
Turpentine oil is a multicomponent mixture of turpene hydrocarbons, and its composition depends to a great extent on the nature of the raw material. Turpentine oil is widely used in industry as a solvent for varnishes and paints and as a raw material in the production of camphor, terpin hydrate, Flotation Oil, lubricating oils, insecticides, and perfumes. In medicine, turpentine oil is used in a preparation that acts as a local stimulant, anesthetic, and antiseptic. It is used externally in ointments for neuralgia and myositis.

Waste to Wealth-Value Recovery from Agricultural and Industrial Biomass Residues. Furfural from Lignocellulosic Biomass. Production of Furfural from Sugarcane Bagasse and Corncobs.
The concept of waste as a material “which has no use” is changing to that of seeing waste as a resource by converting into secondary material with modification. Wastes can thus be converted into useful resources used at home or even sold for wealth. Waste recycling involves the collection of discarded materials such as Sugarcane Bagasse, Corncobs etc and processing these materials, and turning them into new products.

Production of Iodized Table Salt. Manufacturing Opportunities in Iodised Salt.
Iodised salt (also spelled iodized salt) is table salt mixed with a minute amount of various salts of the element iodine. The ingestion of iodine prevents iodine deficiency. Worldwide, iodine deficiency affects about two billion people and is the leading preventable cause of intellectual and developmental disabilities. Deficiency also causes thyroid gland problems, including endemic goiter. In many countries, iodine deficiency is a major public health problem that can be cheaply addressed by purposely adding small amounts of iodine to the sodium chloride salt.

Bromelain Enzyme Production from Pineapple Stems. Bromelain Extraction from Pineapple Fruit
Bromelain is a mixture of enzymes derived from pineapple. Its effects are mainly a product of its proteolytic activity, which stimulates fibrinolysis by increasing plasmin, but bromelain also has been shown to prevent kinin production and to inhibit platelet aggregation. Because its mechanism of action is generally antiinflammatory, rather than specific to a particular disease process, bromelain is used to treat a variety of pain and inflammatory conditions.

Production Business of Milk Powder (Baby Milk for 0 to 5 year, Milk Powder for Coffee and Tea).
Powdered milk, also known as milk powder or previously dried milk, is a dairy product that is created by drying milk. One reason for drying milk is to preserve it; milk powder has a much longer shelf life than liquid milk and, due to its low moisture content, does not need to be refrigerated. Another goal is to lower its bulk to improve transportation efficiency.

Edible Oils in India (Present status, Future Prospects, Industry Growth, Driv...Ajjay Kumar Gupta
The Indian edible oil market is expected to grow significantly during the forecast period, 2020-2027. It is due to the rising preferences for unprocessed, unrefined, and healthy oil. Consumers are more concerned about their health and wellness as they are increasingly choosing high-quality edible oils. The rising prevalence of lifestyle-related diseases such as diabetes, high cholesterol, and hypertension drives premium or value-added edible oil such as canola oil, olive oil, and rice bran oil. Further, the increasing population base and growing economy will augment the Indian edible oil industry's growth in the forecast periods.

The Future of Farming: Hydroponic Greenhouse Farming. Starting a Commercial H...Ajjay Kumar Gupta
The science of soil-less gardening is called hydroponics. It basically involves growing healthy plants without the use of a traditional soil medium by using a nutrient like a mineral rich water solution instead. A plant just needs select nutrients, some water, and sunlight to grow. Not only do plants grow without soil, they often grow a lot better with their roots in water instead.
Hydroponics is a system of agriculture that utilizes nutrient-laden water rather than soil for plant nourishment. The re-use of nutrient water supplies makes process-induced eutrophication (excessive plant growth due to overabundant nutrients) and general pollution of land and water unlikely, since runoff in weather-independent facilities is not a concern. Aeroponic and hydroponic systems do not require pesticides, require less water and space than traditional agricultural systems, and may be stacked (if outfitted with led lighting) in order to limit space use (vertical farming). This makes them optimal for use in cities, where space is particularly limited and populations are high-self-sustaining city-based food systems mean a reduced strain on distant farms, the reduction of habitat intrusions, fewer food miles, and fewer carbon emissions.

Porter Five Forces Analysis of Whole Foods MarketTeresa Rothaar
This document analyzes Whole Foods Market using Porter's Five Forces framework. It finds that the biggest threats to Whole Foods are product substitution, supplier power, and competitive rivalry from other grocery stores expanding their organic/natural product offerings. Buyer power is also emerging as a threat as consumers choose lower-priced alternatives. Supplier power is also high as the natural/organic supplier industry consolidates, leaving Whole Foods with fewer supplier options and higher wholesale prices.
Q-Mobile aims to develop quality cell phones at low prices for the Pakistani market. It faces competition from established brands like Nokia and Samsung. To succeed, it focuses on youth and multimedia users. Its phones offer features like cameras, touchscreens, and Android operating systems at affordable price points between Rs. 2,499 to Rs. 10,500. Q-Mobile promotes through TV, radio, and dealer networks. It must improve software quality and market share while managing challenges from local competitors and economic conditions in Pakistan.

Biofertilizer Manufacturing Business. How to Start Biofertiliser Production U...Ajjay Kumar Gupta
Biofertilizers are defined as preparations containing living cells or latent cells of efficient strains of microorganisms that help crop plants’ uptake of nutrients by their interactions in the rhizosphere when applied through seed or soil. They accelerate certain microbial processes in the soil which augment the extent of availability of nutrients in a form easily assimilated by plants. The fertilizers are used to improve the fertility of the land using biological wastes, hence the term biofertilizers, and biological wastes do not contain any chemicals which are detrimental to the living soil.
Advantages of Bio Fertilizers:
1) Bio fertilizers are usually eco-friendly and also guard the particular ecosystem in opposition to pollution.
2) Bio fertilizers eliminate people damaging parts from your earth which usually result in conditions inside the crops. Crops can be safeguarded in opposition to drought as well as other stringent ailments through the use of resource fertilizers.
3) Bio fertilizers usually are not expensive and also weak farmers can easily utilize these.

A Review on Recent Advances of Packaging in Food IndustryPriyankaKilaniya
Effective food packaging provides number of purposes. It functions as a container to hold and transport the food product, as well as a barrier to protect the food from outside contamination such as water, light, odours, bacteria, dust, and mechanical damage by maintaining the food quality. The package may also include barriers to keep the product's moisture content or gas composition consistent. Furthermore, convenience is vital role in packaging, and the desire for quick opening, dispensing, and resealing packages that maintain product quality until fully consumed is increasing. To facilitate trading, encourage sales, and inform on content and nutritional attributes, the packaging must be communicative. For storage of food there is huge scope for modified atmosphere packaging, intelligent packaging, active packaging, and controlled atmosphere packaging. Active packaging has a variety of uses, including carbon dioxide absorbers and emitters, oxygen scavengers, antimicrobials, and moisture control agents. Smart packaging is another term for intelligent packaging. Edible packaging, self-cooling and self-heating packaging, micro packaging, and water-soluble packaging are some of the advancements in package material.
