GIFT-AID COORDINATOR
The gift-aid scheme benefits our parish in excess
of £11,000 per annum. In so far as we comply
with HMRC requirements, we can reclaim gift-
aided donations. Thanks to Marie Techer the
scheme has operated smoothly. Now that Marie
has to move on, we invite a volunteer(s) to
continue the operation of this programme.
Familiarity with Excel spreadsheets is necessary.
Time commitment is not onerous. Anyone
interested in finding out more please speak to Fr.
Michael.
SAFEGUARDING
In compliance with Archdiocesan policy, all
parish volunteers who have contact with children
and vulnerable adults must undergo training. We
have arranged a training session in St. Gabriel’s

dates are available. See notice in porch of church.
If training is not received, volunteers may not
exercise their office. Parish Priests and
Coordinators are also required to receive annual
training in this matter.
