Business Development
Our Business Development Consulting Division was created to augment
existing teams or to act as a BD/sales solution provider for organizations that
have none in place. We assist organizations to gain market share in the US and
Overseas Federal and Defense space.

Procurement & Supply
We are part of a global supply network providing a range of goods for our
customers with in-theater delivery. Our in-depth experience working with product
suppliers across global markets ensures that supply-chain issues are addressed
as an integral part of a logistics solution. Issues encountered in “just in time
procurement,” as well as complex procurement for integrated projects, can be
addressed using our knowledge of the procurement process and the transport
solution. We are regularly tasked with providing turnkey proposals for the most
cost-effective delivered price.
The range of items we have supplied includes, but has not been limited to:
 POL products: a range of specialist fuels and additives to cope with wide climatic conditions as well as storage
facilities.
 Construction & Building Equipment: generators, air conditioners, storage and septic tanks and ancillary
equipment, general, electrical and building supplies.
 Vehicles including passenger and trucks, standard and armored. Purchase, as well as tailor-made leasing
solutions.
 Firefighting equipment, from handheld units to complete airfield firefighting vehicles.
 Security equipment: including but not limited to personal body armor and safety equipment, blast films, ballistic
blankets and airport-screening solutions.
 Consumables: office supplies to household items, as well as foodstuffs and MRE.
ISO Containers including specialist ammunition, liquid and reefer units.

Logistics
Aviation Operations & Charter
Working with airframe manufacturers and providers, our consulting services provide technical and operational solutions and
traditional fixed-wing and rotary platforms.
Having operated its own aircraft fleet in Africa, and with the capability to provide "protected" fixed-wing aircraft, our team continues
to supplement mainstream industry activities with specialty experience and knowledge.
We offer both passenger and cargo services, through access to a wide range of aircraft types, including but not limited to the
ubiquitous AN124 and IL76, large and midsized western airframes, and regional and executive jets, including local fixed-wing and
rotary “workhorses.” Our access to owners and operators ensures competitive and reliable air-charter requirements are met
promptly and proficiently. Extensive team experience in both wet, dry, and ACMI leasing as Principals ensures in-depth
understanding of various contractual modes.
Transportation Management
Our experience extends beyond the warehouse. Alliances with key
carriers allow us to offer flexible and complete cost-effective solutions
that include delivery to your customer.
Our deep understanding of your needs, developed during our
implementation process, positions us to help you plan the best
shipping solution for every destination your products need to reach.

Maritime Operations and Charter
Unlike traditional freight forwarders, we do not simply subcontract our
charters, but instead have the experience and capability to lease and control
operation of the assets with our in-house team.
We control the loading, stowage, bunkering, routing, speed, scheduling, and
even the security where necessary. De facto the ship belongs to the client to
ensure their requirement is met.
In order to meet the demanding requirements of clients, our team utilizes its
team of in house Shipbrokers and Cargo Superintendents who monitor, co-
ordinate, and control the loading and discharge of cargoes. Our Cargo
Superintendents are normally former Master Mariners who have gained a
wealth of experience meeting the exacting schedules of vessels and cargoes.

Construction Services &
Facilities Management
Our construction services are designed to assist government agencies and
industry. Our teaming partners have a proven performance in providing and
maintaining many thousands of housing units, food support and services, morale
and welfare services, laundry, waste management and equipment maintenance
and repair, will provide both operational certainty and a credible addition to any
Team’s submission at the time of bidding.
 Detailed quality assurance plans and directs management of design engineers , building and civil
engineers, construction managers and contracting experts, USG Restricted Party Screening (foreign
and domestic)
 Offer design, build, modification and maintenance of a wide range of facilities Interface on your behalf
with USG agencies, freight forwarders and import brokers
 Camps, portable housing solutions, storage and warehousing and other technical facilities such as
airport sites.
 Offer one-stop accountability in the provision of maintenance and life support services across a variety
of deployed environments.
 AFRICOM, Afghanistan

Ammunition
We are partnered with T1 Ammunition and are the sole distributor to provide
clients with ammunition to support training requirements, specialty ammunition
and RTDE. Our goal is to be a solutions provider to our clients, while easing the
burden of filling requirements by having direct input into the production schedule
of ammunition being manufactured.

Program Management
We provide the full range of program/project management support across the full spectrum of planning, organizing, and
managing resources to support our customers in the successful completion of their specific program goals and objectives. Our
expertise features management of structured, controlled and disciplined program management, and our unique service
showcases methodical strategies, executable action plans, and measurable results. Our recommendations for techniques and
practices are experience-based through years of service to the industry.
Training & Training Development
We use a traditional training method and follow the five-step Instructional System Design (ISD) process: Analyze,
Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate. We also use the Industry Standard Cognitive Learning Levels to ensure that we
develop and present our training materials in an understandable manner. All of our training programs are developed to ensure
consistent and quality training, although our trainers personalize these products to maximize individual talents. Our trainers
create new training methods to enhance the learning experience. Presentations, student handouts, and presentation
techniques are tailored to make training a positive and informative experience.
Personnel / Contractor Support
We provide personnel with the skills and qualifications our client needs to fulfill their personnel requirements for short-
term or long-term obligations. Our process is carefully designed to deliver contract compliant personnel on time and at
