WRS offer our clients fully bespoke, unique and tailored managed services whereby all of
your recruitment needs for a specific project or location will be outsourced to us. This can
either manifest itself in outsourcing your contracted workforce, permanent recruitment
process or a combination of the two (fully integrated RPO).
Contract Workforce Solutions: WRS provide a range of mobilisation services alongside
safety, compliance and risk management. When you assign WRS to provide all of your
contract workforce, you will have the options to bring WRS staff into your office to manage
the whole process, and will choose to operate their service under either your own or the

Permanent Recruitment Process Outsourcing: Outsourcing your permanent recruitment

Contract Recruitment
WRS are renowned globally for our timely attitude to resourcing and filling highly specific
technical contract roles across every continent, with experience in all lifecycle stages. We
understand that your contractors are key to your projects’ success, and can often mean
the realisation of your organisations’ goals and future plans.
We provide full mobilisation and demobilisation services for contractors, and our
contractor care team stay in touch with our contracted staff throughout the duration of
the project, right through to redeployment.
We will only present you with contract employees who are fully capable and available
to work. We interview and reference-check all of our contractors before we put you into
contact with them, so you don’t waste time interviewing people who don’t have the right
skills to do the job.
Global Mobility
We provide an end-to-end service. Our global mobility team work with around 1,500
contractors and permanent staff each year, across every continent. We ensure that their
journeys are seamless, from the moment they get on the flight to their return home,
meaning that you needn’t get involved in the process of getting them to site. We are
able to provide personnel with the best accommodation to ensure that they feel at home
straight away and are ready to start work.
Travel: Our in-house team provides everything to get your staff to site, from ‘meet and
greet’ services and local accommodation to return flights at the end of their deployment.
We partner with trusted companies to ensure fulfilment of local requirements, so you
needn’t worry about your new personnel settling into the local lifestyle.
Visas: Our extensive experience in processing visa applications means that we can manage
all requirements in the country of your operation.
Pre-employment Checks: We arrange background checks and medical examinations to
ensure that your workers are ready to go in a way which is totally safe and legal.
Medical and Travel Insurance: WRS offer comprehensive insurance solutions to meet the
individual needs of contractors; 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our
schemesprovideforemergencyevacuation,medicalrepatriation,
hospitalisation, kidnap and ransom, personal accident,
professional indemnity and employers’ liability. If you need
anything else arranging, ask a member of the team.
Local Compliance: We are often able to point our clients
and candidates towards the right tax advice and our
extensive experience in many countries means we are
knowledgeable on many aspects of local compliance
for workers.
Awards and Certifications
Health,Safety,Security&Environmental
WRS operates a comprehensive Contractor HSSE Programme, which sits at the heart of
all assignments. Our programme ensures the safety of all Contractors from mobilisation
to client site, during business travel and demobilisation. When on site our Contractors are
covered by the client’s HSSE jurisdictions and controls. However WRS has a vital role to
fulfil in ensuring that client policies and procedures are communicated to our Contractor
workforce. Our Contractors are expected to integrate into the client workforce and fully
comply with client HSSE polices.
We operate Medivac and Emergency Response Plans and utilise a 24 hour emergency
phone line. Use of AIG Travel Guard gives us daily updates on country risk situations
and we run risk profiles, advising both clients and contractors on any aspect of specific
countries and regions. Support from our in-country partners around the world means an
on-the ground presence, able to deal with problems as they arise.

We provide full mobilisation and demobilisation services for contractors, and our contractor care team stay in touch with our contracted staff throughout the duration of the project, right through to redeployment. We will only present you with contract employees who are fully capable and available to work. We interview and reference-check all of our contractors before we put you into contact with them, so you don’t waste time interviewing people who don’t have the right skills to do the job.

We ensure that their journeys are seamless, from the moment they get on the flight to their return home, meaning that you needn’t get involved in the process of getting them to site. We are able to provide personnel with the best accommodation to ensure that they feel at home straight away and are ready to start work. Travel: Our in-house team provides everything to get your staff to site, from ‘meet and greet’ services and local accommodation to return flights at the end of their deployment. Our programme ensures the safety of all Contractors from mobilisation to client site, during business travel and demobilisation. When on site our Contractors are covered by the client’s HSSE jurisdictions and controls. However WRS has a vital role to fulfil in ensuring that client policies and procedures are communicated to our Contractor workforce. Our Contractors are expected to integrate into the client workforce and fully comply with client HSSE polices. We operate Medivac and Emergency Response Plans and utilise a 24 hour emergency phone line. Use of AIG Travel Guard gives us daily updates on country risk situations and we run risk profiles, advising both clients and contractors on any aspect of specific countries and regions. Support from our in-country partners around the world means an on-the ground presence, able to deal with problems as they arise.
