We provide full mobilisation and demobilisation services for contractors, and stay in
contact with our contracted staff throughout the duration of the project, right through to
redeployment. Our Payroll system ensures that contractors get paid on time every time,
and comprehensive insurances mean we have them covered.
We will only present you with contract employees who are fully capable and available
to work. We interview and reference-check all of our contractors before we put you into
contact with them, so you don’t waste time interviewing people who don’t have the right
skills to do the job.
We have a huge bank of existing, talented and well-qualified seafarers with whom we
have worked in the past. This means we are often able to immediately fill positions as
they arise.
WRS Global Mobility provide a full range of mobilisation services, including travel,

Travel: Our dedicated in-house team provides everything to get the contractor to you,
from ‘meet and greet’ services and local accommodation to their return flights at the
end of their deployment. We partner with established and trusted companies to ensure
fulfilment of local requirements. We are also able to book a range of fully flexible Marine
fares, where applicable.
Safety and Security: Our contractors’ safety and comfort are our primary concern. We
ensure they have access to the best available accommodation (where needed), medical
assistance and security to keep them healthy, happy and fit for work
Visas: Our extensive experience in processing VISA applications means that we can
manage any requirements in the country of your operation. Our presence worldwide
ensures that your contract workers receive everything they need, on time, every time.
Pre-employment Checks: We’ll arrange all the background checks and medical
examinations to make sure that your workers are ready to do what they are there to do.

9. Crew Management
We offer vessel owners and operators an integrated Crew Management service - this
encompasses recruitment of marine labour and all necessary crew logistics and support
services for part, or all, of your fleet.
We build unique tailored solutions for our clients allowing them to choose the services
right for them and we can place WRS staff within our clients’ offices around the world,
working for WRS but exclusively on a particular vessel or vessels.
WRS are working with a number of the world’s leading operators. The Crew Management
function takes the pressure off their HR processes and helps to mitigate risk. A typical
Crew Management solution may include:

- Provision of travel logistics for all Marine personnel, including visas and permits
