Leonardo da Vinci was an Italian polymath born in 1452 in Vinci, Italy. He worked across multiple fields including painting, sculpting, science, and engineering. Some of his most famous works include the Mona Lisa, The Last Supper, and Virgin of the Rocks. The Last Supper, located in Milan, Italy, has deteriorated significantly over time due to experimental painting techniques used by da Vinci.
