Rule of two alphabets: in the presence of transfers
width of the line is equal to the length of the line, typed from all
the letters of the Russian alphabet a half times if there aren’t
transfers - from two Russian alphabets. In the case of html
transfers are not possible, so we can assume that the optimal
width of the text is a line, which has approximately 35-45 marks
= 350 pixels = 9 cm
