                          Chief Growth Officer
          George has personally participated in over 300 acquisitions,
          mergers, and franchise sales in his career. He has served
          as, President and COO of Coldwell Banker Commercial
          Real Estate, Executive Vice President of Xceligent,
          Principal in a successful commercial real estate advisory
          firm, and has held various senior executive positions with
          CENDANT, GMAC, and Merrill Lynch respectively. He has
          also served on the board of a number of innovative and
          progressive companies.

          Slusser is a strategic thinker with the rare ability to
          implement and generate exceptional results. He received
          his MBA in Marketing from the University of Georgia and his
          Bachelor of Science degree from Bowling Green State
          University. He is a published author and accomplished
          speaker, having written the industry best-selling book
          Acquiring Profit, a guide to real estate mergers and
          acquisitions.
