 How would you apply it in a real life situation?
B. Motivation
 The students will watch the first video of telephone conversations.
 Video 1 :https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hpZFJctBUHQ
 After the video, students will going to get a partner. With their partner, they will discuss their answers to the following questions.
1. What greeting is used by the customer service agent?
2. What form of personal identification is used by the agent?
3. What pre-closing signals are used by the agent?
4. What closing is used by the agent?
Development
Discussion of the lesson: Types of Speech act (According to J. L. Austin)

 After the discussion the students will Work again with their partner from the previous activity.
 Students will watch the second video : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A2EwBB5McJo
 Students are need to Pay attention to details like greetings, personal identification, pre-closing and closing signals.
Assimilation
 After watching the second video, students need to compare the greeting, pre-closing, and closing in Video 2 to those in Video 1. How are they
similar or different?
 The teacher will give at least 10 minutes for the students to discuss their answer.
 After the activity, students will present their answers in the class
