2. • Implementing a strategy is more difficult and challenging than
planning it because if I we put it in a literal gameplay, playing is harder
than practicing. One reason is because the opponent is present and
existing. It is similar to implementing strategy because the existence
of all the considerations makes it more challenging. The feedbacks of
the employees, the flow of the process in the production and the
things that is being affected by this new strategy makes it more
difficult and challenging. Everything is present even the unseen
problems in the planning stage.

3. • Policies and strategies are big factors that can affects in the effective
implementing strategy. Policies are the legal matters and procedures
to follow when it comes to the company. Implementing a strategy
must be paralleled to what the policy says. Another thing is the
strategies, it power up the heart of the company to continue running.
Mind setting is an important matter to implementing strategy.
