A wound is a break in the integrity of the skin or tissues, which may be associated with disruption of the structure and function.
Healing is the body’s response to injury in an attempt to restore normal structure and functions.
Healing can occur in two ways: Regeneration and Repair
There are 4 phases of wound healing: hemostasis, inflammation, proliferation, and remodeling. This document also describes the mechanism of wound healing. Factors that affect healing include infection, uncontrolled diabetes, poor nutrition, age, anemia, the presence of foreign bodies, etc.
Complications of wound healing like infection, hyperpigmentation of scar, contractures, and keloid formation.

- 4. While our bodies die & remains in the grave our souls continue to exist
- 5. Imam Muhammad al-Baqir (as) said, ‘Each believer has a bright soul.
- 6. When he commits a sin, a dark dot appears on his bright soul.
- 7. If he repents, the dark dot will disappear. But if he persists in his sins, the darkness will increase
- 8. until it covers his entire soul. Then, the person will never return towards goodness.’

- 11. What is sinning? • When we do actions that ALLAH (swt) has forbidden
- 12. Rasulallah (s) was travelling with his companions, when they stopped for the night. Each person went out to find little pieces of wood, which they collected together to make a fire. Rasulallah (s) said that this is how minor sins work. They seem like nothing, but once the are gathered together they become a huge pile
- 13. When we DO NOT do the Wajib actions
- 14. FIRST STEP IN PURIFYING OUR SOULS • MAKE AN INTENTION (Niyyah) THAT ALL OUR GOOD ACTIONS ARE FOR THE SAKE OF ALLAH (SWT) AND TO GET CLOSE TO HIM • QURBATAN ILLALAH –MEANS SEAKING NEARNESS TO ALLAH • THE NEARER WE GET TO ALLAH (SWT) THE MORE PURIFIED OUR SOULS BECOME
