2. Some common questions
1. Tell me about yourself?
2. Why this company/ role/ function/ industry?
3. What are the learning from MBA or if you have to do same thing post MBA, how will you
do it differently?
4. What is your favorite subject in MBA, why? (sometimes what is the 2nd favorite)
5. What is your understanding about company/ role/ function/ industry?
6. Why MBA/ Why this career transition / why now?
7. Will you he/ she stay in the company? (may not ask so explicitly but definitely a question
in their mind)
8. How similar or dissimilar was your previous role/ function/ industry from the given role/
function/ industry ? (and hence justify how you fit to this role)
