3. ABSTRACT
In the modern era, the demand of energy is rising day by day, on the same hand there still existing a necessity to improve the
utility of clean source of energy practice with its better standards of efficiency ranges. So one such technology is based from
the major fields of renewable & sustainable source of energy, Among that solar powered mode of energy generation is
considered as the one of the best source of energy to meet economically-feasible for rising routine demands compared to
other technologies in the current scenario, meanwhile the utility based on the solar setup requires some kind of measures to
improve its efficiency standards, For that cleaning of solar panel at regular intervals is considered as a better way of solution.
4. INTRODUCTION
It is very important to follow the path of sustainable development in the 20th century with respect to environmental
destructions based on human activities. The power generation based on solar energy keened to be known as a clean source of
energy utilization method with the concept of renewability & sustainability. But on the other hand it requires a constant
enhancement of efficiency standards by routine cleaning method. The mode of cleaning is effective when we approach it
with a vacuum method works with the help of a linear actuation mechanism aided by a battery, controller unit, DC- motor &
dust sensors thereby it works like a Automatic system at regular intervals.
7. METHODOLOGY
When the presence of dust is censored by the dust sensor, then the stored current from the battery moves to the dc motors
further it actuates the vacuum pump , Again using dc motors rotary effect of its own is converted to linear actuation of the
movable part which tends to carry the vacuum setup across the surface area of the solar panel with the aid of dc-controller
unit, rack & pinion mechanism, switch etc and the whole cleaning activity takes place across the surface of the solar panel in
a unformed manner using Automated-Engineering-technology.
