employees who can
solve their pains aka
their problems not
someone that creates
them.
• “No one likes a whiny
kid, but a whiny adult is
intolerable” (Klaus,
pp.41)

Adaptability
• “Whether in a video
conference or up close
and in person, you are
always on stage and
making an impression
of one sort or another
(Klaus,72).
• This means that you
must always be able to
be on and to adapt to
different situations.

Work Ethics/Accountability
• “The key to keep yourself

create a personal code of
conduct, then stick to it”
