This document discusses how organizations can leverage social media for HR purposes. It notes that social media usage is widespread and growing rapidly. It suggests organizations can use social platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn to connect with target audiences, share company culture and information, facilitate employee collaboration and knowledge sharing, and find and engage job candidates.
