Every kind of content publishing and management is demanding and delicate work. Creating and managing good content is not a fluke; it’s rather a result of good conception and planning, stringed production, successful distribution, and at the end, steady optimization and monitoring. Especially in social media management and publishing, the general need is to reach the largest possible target audience with your catchy and useful content in an elegant style. Of course, social media publishing should be multi-channel.
Under the major topic of social media management tools, multi-channel publishing and scheduling several tools help to manage the content. Some of these tools have just social media content management features with engagement metrics, while some have advanced capabilities such as monitoring, tracking, analytics, alerts, CRM and so on. The options for compatibility vary for brands, depending on their business needs and social media engagement strategy.

RECORDED SESSION LINK: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LALQ0_FPAWg
The 'Social Media Manager' and the 'Community Manager' are distinct positions within an organisation, titles which are often used interchangeably with no real understanding to the individual roles and responsibilities of each. Yes there are over-lapping duties however it is a common misconception that there are more similarities than there are differences.
In this Social Media Week session we will look to uncover and explain these differences - what does community infer as opposed to social media, how does this relate to your respective audiences, how do these align with your business objectives and what the tools available in ones armoury to drive towards these objectives. Social strategy, content production and distribution, customer engagement, community development, analytics and ROI - who is best suited to deliver these?
During the hour we'll take a look at:
- A brief history of the community manager and social media manager

DMA is an important functionality of any computing system involving transfer of data from/to an I/O device. In this presentation, a brief description has been provided regarding how the DMA functionality is implemented on a normal PC as well as on an Intel Quark SoC based small Embedded System.Different implementations of the DMA functionality depend on the Controller Hub present on the SouthBridge of the MotherBoard of the respective platform. For example->DMA implementation in Intel ICH7 is different from those in Intel ICH to Intel ICH6. In the slides, "Galileo" refers to the Intel Galileo Board containing Intel Quark SoC. Intel Galileo Board contains Designware DMA controllers." dmatest.c " is a memory-to-memory data transfer test driver implementing DMA. This module is loaded and then memcpy is checked using dmesg. Red Bull, McDonald’s, Starbucks. These are just a few brands that fully take advantage of social media as part of their overall business strategy. In an age where voicing opinions and connecting online are second nature, social media has now become more essential than ever as a way to research, create relationships and shape brand perception.
However, what does it take to employ social media beyond a local business level, when there are dozens of markets, thousands of employees and millions of conversations to manage worldwide? What does it take to do it well? And even though all the other kids are doing it – is social media really worth investing in?
Together we’ll discuss what enterprises need to consider before embarking on a social media journey, how that journey requires Social Media to become an integral part of a multinational’s business and marketing plans, what it means to create a truly global strategy, and some tools and guidelines to get there.

ORGANIZATIONAL COMMUNICATION.

Assignment:
Outer mass correspondence of an association depends on the premise that the association is the hotspot for messages administered outside the association, Searles, B., & Last, M. (1979). Particular gatherings inside capacity as the medium of correspondence and regularly fall under the departmental headings of publicizing, advertising, campaigning, or issues administration.
Despite the fact that authoritative correspondence is naturally concerned with the exercises of inner correspondence, our bunch's association Bed, B., &beyond, (1988) outlines obviously a hefty portion of the outer interactional ideas recognized in the investigation of hierarchical correspondence. In looking at Bed, B.,& Beyond's, (1988), sources, purposes, groups of onlookers and channels of correspondence used we can recognize how such a monstrous retailer can viably thrive and adjust to the national economy through the use of generally executed outer correspondence. The way of hierarchical re-ification makes recognizing an acceptable wellspring of outside correspondence troublesome.
Hierarchical Communication is likely the most essential sort of interpersonal correspondence an individual need to perform in his or her grown-up life. Speaking with others in the work environment is a process that can't be taken a gander at as a little one, yet as an extremely perplexing and of most extreme noteworthiness to an individual's life overall.
We all know correspondence is a key variable in everybody's life, and imparting in the work spot is simply a bigger key for social expectance and commonality. Everybody speaks with one another in all distinctive parts of society.
This is the most critical part of the nature's turf. What's more the best way to adjust to your surroundings and have the capacity to take an interest in regular work life is to speak with others.
Authoritative Communication is hence fundamentally split up into two sections; The Socialization methodology of conveying, and the later correspondence between collaborators in regular circumstances. Above all else we will take a gander at the more intricate and huge methodology of correspondence socialization. Humanist J. Van Maanen's (1989) meaning of authoritative correspondence is "the methodology by which an individual takes in the qualities and standards and obliged practices which allow him or her to partake as a part of the association" as such, its taking in the ropes of the occupation. Any expertise you may require, as well as how associates impart, and understanding the vitality of the association.

Unveiling the Secrets How Does Generative AI Work.pdfSam H
At its core, generative artificial intelligence relies on the concept of generative models, which serve as engines that churn out entirely new data resembling their training data. It is like a sculptor who has studied so many forms found in nature and then uses this knowledge to create sculptures from his imagination that have never been seen before anywhere else. If taken to cyberspace, gans work almost the same way.

Putting the SPARK into Virtual Training.pptxCynthia Clay
This 60-minute webinar, sponsored by Adobe, was delivered for the Training Mag Network. It explored the five elements of SPARK: Storytelling, Purpose, Action, Relationships, and Kudos. Knowing how to tell a well-structured story is key to building long-term memory. Stating a clear purpose that doesn't take away from the discovery learning process is critical. Ensuring that people move from theory to practical application is imperative. Creating strong social learning is the key to commitment and engagement. Validating and affirming participants' comments is the way to create a positive learning environment.
Implicitly or explicitly all competing businesses employ a strategy to select a mix
of marketing resources. Formulating such competitive strategies fundamentally
involves recognizing relationships between elements of the marketing mix (e.g.,
price and product quality), as well as assessing competitive and market conditions
(i.e., industry structure in the language of economics).

Memorandum Of Association Constitution of Company.pptseri bangash
www.seribangash.com
A Memorandum of Association (MOA) is a legal document that outlines the fundamental principles and objectives upon which a company operates. It serves as the company's charter or constitution and defines the scope of its activities. Here's a detailed note on the MOA:
Contents of Memorandum of Association:
Name Clause: This clause states the name of the company, which should end with words like "Limited" or "Ltd." for a public limited company and "Private Limited" or "Pvt. Ltd." for a private limited company.
https://seribangash.com/article-of-association-is-legal-doc-of-company/
Registered Office Clause: It specifies the location where the company's registered office is situated. This office is where all official communications and notices are sent.
Objective Clause: This clause delineates the main objectives for which the company is formed. It's important to define these objectives clearly, as the company cannot undertake activities beyond those mentioned in this clause.
www.seribangash.com
Liability Clause: It outlines the extent of liability of the company's members. In the case of companies limited by shares, the liability of members is limited to the amount unpaid on their shares. For companies limited by guarantee, members' liability is limited to the amount they undertake to contribute if the company is wound up.
https://seribangash.com/promotors-is-person-conceived-formation-company/
Capital Clause: This clause specifies the authorized capital of the company, i.e., the maximum amount of share capital the company is authorized to issue. It also mentions the division of this capital into shares and their respective nominal value.
Association Clause: It simply states that the subscribers wish to form a company and agree to become members of it, in accordance with the terms of the MOA.
Importance of Memorandum of Association:
Legal Requirement: The MOA is a legal requirement for the formation of a company. It must be filed with the Registrar of Companies during the incorporation process.
Constitutional Document: It serves as the company's constitutional document, defining its scope, powers, and limitations.
Protection of Members: It protects the interests of the company's members by clearly defining the objectives and limiting their liability.
External Communication: It provides clarity to external parties, such as investors, creditors, and regulatory authorities, regarding the company's objectives and powers.
https://seribangash.com/difference-public-and-private-company-law/
Binding Authority: The company and its members are bound by the provisions of the MOA. Any action taken beyond its scope may be considered ultra vires (beyond the powers) of the company and therefore void.
Amendment of MOA:
While the MOA lays down the company's fundamental principles, it is not entirely immutable. It can be amended, but only under specific circumstances and in compliance with legal procedures. Amendments typically require shareholder
