Our focus lies within serving the owners and investors of brands and
portfolios in the resort and boutique hotel industry. SoCap elevates
hotelier's online presence to drive conversions, increase direct
bookings, reputation, and their online presence to be as intentional
as their guest experience is on the property.
The agency’s main focus is to be conversion-oriented and optimize
the guest's online experience from whatever channel they touch
through the micro-moments that build customer satisfaction, brand
value, drive sales, and enhance customer data.

Seeking to align with an Agency of Record that holds similar values, VidaLuz
partnered with SoCap to bring their vision of sustainable communities & hotels
to life. From the inception and foundation of the brand, VidaLuz is co-creating
the brand and leaning on SoCap's expertise in the luxury sector to fulfill their
vision, rooms and Fork in Farm restaurants.
Aiming to lower their cost per acquisition and increase direct bookings
the Carmen Hotel came to us to develop a multi-media strategy between
SEO & PPC efforts and a facelift to their website to increase conversions.
Driving their ROAS to 9:1 in some four months, SoCap helped increase
traffic & conversions on their site.

Slightly outside of town with a unique boutique treehouse hotel concept,
John came to SoCap to be able to be found and stand out amongst the
myriad of other boutique hotels in Tulum. SoCap reviewed and enhanced
the online experience to drive conversions and direct bookings along with
expanding their offerings to retreats for additional clientele opportunities.
Tasked to bring their antiquated website to be more modern and
user-friendly, Steve Weaver came to SoCap to redo their website to drive
more travel & custom trips to their global dive store partners. Refining the
user flow and custom trip quote process, we developed a robust site that
attracts clients and drives conversions.
