The document discusses developing an instantly positive mindset. It states that the mind naturally absorbs both positive and negative stimuli, but it is up to the individual to interpret things positively or let negativity take over. While positivity cannot be achieved instantly, people can choose to think and act positively in any given moment. Repeated negative thoughts can be addressed by strengthening positive thinking. Small positive actions like smiles and compliments can instantly make one feel better. Meditation, deep breathing, gratitude, and focusing on the present moment can help empty the mind of past and future concerns to experience bliss.
The document provides tips for managing depression and counseling from Dr. Suparna Sengupta. It recommends never trying to forget painful events or people, but instead remembering good times to cherish. When bad thoughts come, one should distract their mind by doing other things. It also suggests releasing painful feelings through talking, crying, or writing, and thinking before reacting to control responses. Other tips include handling bad moods wisely by rearranging or cleaning, scheduling thinking time, and taking care of oneself through healthy habits.
The document promotes increasing one's excitement about life through facing challenges, fears, and finding new fun activities. It suggests contacting the writer if one is not very excited about life or if they are interested in technology, Japan, or new communication, as the writer believes their "medicine" of new experiences can heal one's soul and bring real fun. It asks the reader to provide feedback about projects and events as their thoughts are very important.
POSITIVE ATTITUDE BY DR ALKA MUKHERJEE DR APURVA MUKHERJEE NAGPUR M.S.alka mukherjee
Â
Anyone who studies the importance of positive thinking comes to realise that the more positive our thoughts the more positive our life will be. Some see this as the practical outworking of psychological principles: It is almost impossible for someone to allow into their life something they feel they don't really deserve - they will find a way to sabotage themselves if they ever do attract that thing into their life.
Others see it as a "Law of the Universe", and that we are all affected by the "Law of Attraction", or the "Law of Vibration". Many consider the effects of the Power of the Subconscious Mind and how a person's unconscious beliefs affect their life and their ability to achieve their goals.
Amongst these varieties of approach to Positive Thinking there is the underlying idea that our thoughts and feelings need to be "positive" in order to create more positive experiences in our life. However, there is a problem…
The problem is that even if we realise the importance of being positive that is often not enough to help us stay positive. We may be overcome with a dark mood, or a sullen frame of thought. We may get caught up in anger and resentment. We may feel bitter about things that have happened to us in the past, or we may feel ashamed or guilty about things we have done. All these can cause our efforts to think higher and better thoughts to be very difficult sometimes.

1. The document outlines 10 principles for achieving peace of mind. The first principle is to not interfere in other people's business unless asked, as this denies individuality and prompts one to mind their own business to keep peace.
2. The second principle is to forgive and forget any insults or harms done to you, as holding grudges causes loss of health and peace of mind; life is too short to waste time on trifles.
3. The third principle is to not crave recognition from others, as most praise is self-serving and people will forget your achievements if you lose power; it is better to do your duties ethically.
Emotional wellness involves effectively managing emotions through healthy strategies like talking with trusted individuals about how you feel, controlling impulsive reactions, and cultivating respectful relationships. Maintaining emotional wellness can help reduce negative emotions and boost positivity, which is important for well-being, school performance, and relationships.

It states that these three aspects represent one's life and how strong or weak the relationship is with them defines who they are. However, it notes that consciousness is the only way to improve the relationships with money, mind, and emotions. The document encourages using consciousness to add to, improve, or bring awareness to the connections between these aspects of life.
Late adulthood can present stressors for both nursing home residents and their caregivers, including adjusting to placement and seeing changes in mental state. Common health issues that increase with age include depression, characterized by deep unhappiness, and dementia, involving deterioration of mental functioning. As people age, their cognitive abilities slow down as well, such as brain processing speed and changes to memory. Nursing homes aim to help residents regain normalcy through activities of daily living and other activities, while encouraging accepting help from others and trying different approaches when abilities decline.
