the solution is that it completely eliminates the dispatching service by automating of the
direct exchange of information between the client and the most suitable taxi drivers.
We offer the most effective "win-win“ scheme. This scheme has the advantages of the
Yandex taxi service. It is customer-oriented, but at the same time, we work directly with the
end performer.
This approach to a taxi driver helps motivate him to improve the quality and to increase the
preservation of his own customer base. Thus SNTaxi solves the problem of low salaries for
qualified taxi drivers.
The minimum monthly fee for our service paid by a driver is 60 less than the monthly
payment of order fees (with 10 orders a day, costing 300 rubles and a commission fee of
20%, 10 working days in a month).
We also solve the problem of #5 (Lack of customer direct control over the selection of the
driver ).
Now, customers can create a personalized list of preferred taxi drivers and order their
services directly. As well, the client has an opportunity to assess the degree of safety and
comfort of the driver by himself before the trip.
