It is known that taxi customers often try to negotiate directly with good taxi drivers to work
with them directly. Taxi companies introduce fines and penalties to overcome these kinds of
obstacles. Other obstacles to the selection of personal drivers is mismatching of schedules,
as well as inconvenience for the customer in processing the base of preferred drivers.
Existing Solutions on Taxi Market
Today are many solutions on the taxi market, but they all work on the classical
scheme - "customer- taxi company - driver." This scheme is most effective when a
company hires a driver to work for it.
Today, more and more drivers are becoming entrepreneurs. They are legally liable
and contact with customers directly on the scheme "client-driver." The fee paid by
a driver working in the chain "client-taxi company- driver“ is 15-25% from every
order.

SNTaxi Solution
Our solution is the next evolutionary step of organizing a taxi service. The main feature of
the solution is that it completely eliminates the dispatching service by automating of the
direct exchange of information between the client and the most suitable taxi drivers.
We offer the most effective "win-win“ scheme. This scheme has the advantages of the
Yandex taxi service. It is customer-oriented, but at the same time, we work directly with the
end performer.
This approach to a taxi driver helps motivate him to improve the quality and to increase the
preservation of his own customer base. Thus SNTaxi solves the problem of low salaries for
qualified taxi drivers.
The minimum monthly fee for our service paid by a driver is 60 less than the monthly
payment of order fees (with 10 orders a day, costing 300 rubles and a commission fee of
20%, 10 working days in a month).
We also solve the problem of #5 (Lack of customer direct control over the selection of the
driver ).
Now, customers can create a personalized list of preferred taxi drivers and order their
services directly. As well, the client has an opportunity to assess the degree of safety and
comfort of the driver by himself before the trip.
Taxi Market Database, Capacity and Consistency
Individual taxi service is a dynamic and stable enough niche in taxi market.
Capacity of the market increases in dynamics . The number of individual entrepreneurs in
Moscow and regions is growing.
The main objective of the SNTaxi project is to attract 1000+ drivers into our database in
every city in Russia and the CIS countries. It is about 200 cities with a population of over 100
thousand people.
The short-term goal of the project is to attract an average of 120-150 drivers in 100 cities.

Other obstacles to the selection of personal drivers is mismatching of schedules, as well as inconvenience for the customer in processing the base of preferred drivers.

  • 5. SNTaxi Solution Our solution is the next evolutionary step of organizing a taxi service. The main feature of the solution is that it completely eliminates the dispatching service by automating of the direct exchange of information between the client and the most suitable taxi drivers. We offer the most effective "win-win“ scheme. This scheme has the advantages of the Yandex taxi service. It is customer-oriented, but at the same time, we work directly with the end performer. This approach to a taxi driver helps motivate him to improve the quality and to increase the preservation of his own customer base. Thus SNTaxi solves the problem of low salaries for qualified taxi drivers. The minimum monthly fee for our service paid by a driver is 60 less than the monthly payment of order fees (with 10 orders a day, costing 300 rubles and a commission fee of 20%, 10 working days in a month). We also solve the problem of #5 (Lack of customer direct control over the selection of the driver ). Now, customers can create a personalized list of preferred taxi drivers and order their services directly. As well, the client has an opportunity to assess the degree of safety and comfort of the driver by himself before the trip.
  • 6. Taxi Market Database, Capacity and Consistency Individual taxi service is a dynamic and stable enough niche in taxi market. Capacity of the market increases in dynamics . The number of individual entrepreneurs in Moscow and regions is growing. The main objective of the SNTaxi project is to attract 1000+ drivers into our database in every city in Russia and the CIS countries. It is about 200 cities with a population of over 100 thousand people. The short-term goal of the project is to attract an average of 120-150 drivers in 100 cities.
