27. SCRIPT
a) Lie down in your bed in a relaxed position. You may put a
pillow under your head or even under your knees too.
b) Put one hand on your belly and the other hand on your
chest. Inhale slowly through your nose and let your hands
feel your belly and chest rise. Count one to five slowly as you
inhale.
c) Then, slowly exhale all the air through your mouth, counting
the same way.
d) Repeat this deep breathing exercise for two to three minutes.
e) Doing this as a daily habit will increase your lung capacity
which helps in snorkeling and other physical activities that
you do.
