Women: Self Build Pillars of Individual, Family and CommunityPrafful Daga
The women are the soul of our community. They are the self build and self trained humans responsible for the morale development of their children, inspiration for the family and an example for the community to follow. Government/NGO/entrepreneur groups should work towards inspiring women community. And, such groups should help women community to make themselves more resourceful and culturally educated so that, they can pass on the same education to their children, family members and community. It is the competition that needs not to exist. In this paper we will evaluate various factors that provide the proof of importance of the woman as a best friend, best family manager, and inspiration for community and caretaker of morale values which are the irreplaceable framework of any developing community or country.

Initiatives should focus on improving teacher training and incentives, increasing accessibility, incorporating new technologies, and developing culturally relevant curricula to make education more useful for rural children and families. Ferrous ascorbate current clinical place in management of idaNARENDRA C MALHOTRA
Ferrous ascorbate is an effective oral iron supplement for treating iron deficiency anemia. It has a higher bioavailability than other iron preparations, with absorption rates as high as 67%. Ferrous ascorbate is stable in the gastrointestinal tract and does not dissociate. It prevents iron from oxidizing to the ferric state, allowing for greater absorption. Clinical studies show ferrous ascorbate effectively raises hemoglobin levels and is well tolerated with minimal side effects. Therefore, ferrous ascorbate plays an important role in managing iron deficiency anemia.

We gave sewing machines with leaders Agra Group to women
in need and taught them to make cloth bags from old clothes.
On every Birthday, Dr Neharika encourages people around to
do work for the society by giving sewing machines. 5 women
were empowered to start working and become independent.
Women empowerment is the only solution to tackle the
country's problem of “WEEEP”.
Over the years we have evolved and taken the issue of
Women's empowerment strongly, and by doing such small
deeds we are all a part of a revolution!!

Aisa Koi Kaam Nahi jo Betiyaan na kar payi hain,
Betiyaan to Aasman se Taare tod layi hain
Beti hai Kudrat ka uphaar, Isko do jeene ka adhikaar
Jo Beti ko dein pehchaan, Mata Pita wohi Mahaan
Beti Ka Jeevan Bachao, Maanav duniya me kehlao
Bete se Beti Badkar, Mata Pita ki Kare Fikar
Karti Sache dil se pyar, phir kyon ho uska Tiraskar
Beti to har ghar me Jaruri hai, woh nahi koi majburi hai
Beti ka karo Sammaan, Vidya ka do usko daan
Beta Beti ek samaan, keh do beti hai aapki shaan
Beti nahi hai kisi se kam, Mita do uske saare gum
Har Ghar se ab awaaj uthegi, Betiyan to ab aage Badeingi

Tere hi khoon ka katra hoon maa,
meri aankho ki chamak,
meri muskaan ki jhalak,
meri choti anguliyon ka sparsh bhula dega tere
saare dard,
janam do mujhe maa,
Anmol uphaar hoon mein bhagwan ka,
himmat naa haro maa,
samaaj ko bata do maa,
tumhare jigar ka tukra hu mein,
mujhe tumse koi juda naa kar payega,
phir ek din aisa bhi ayega
betiyon ko safalta ke shikhar par dekh yehi samaaj
" Beti Bachao Beti Bachao" ke naare lageyga.

JOURNEY OF SMRITI
Dr. Narendra Malhotra
In 2008, FOGSI gave the slogan &
make a new Indian women literate & healthier by tackling WEEEEP ( Women
Education, Employment, Empowerment, Environment Problems).
Women in south Asian Countries are a target of suppression-Why?? is a
difficult question to answer?
We some 25 likeminded persons from India, USA, Switzerland from SMRITI
an NGO which we focussed to work only for girl child education founded in
2008. We started our CAP project and started adopting girls for educating
them in late school (Cash & award 6000 per daughter). Our plans are to
adopt 1 lakh Girls in next 5 years to support H.E.R. (Health, Empowerment
& Respect).
SMRITI has 80 G exemption and has applied for FCRA also. We have
collaborated with FOGSI for the GIRL CHILD Annual Walks and Awards.
