‘Precision Machining since 1976 -Your source when quality
is critical’
• Precision CNC (computer numerical control) machining for customers
requiring exacting tolerances and consistent high quality
• We operate to the highest aerospace standards, providing full
certification on materials and processes
• Internal capabilities include CNC turning, milling, precision hole drilling,
ultrasonic parts cleaning, deburring, assembly, inspection and part
identification
• Special expertise in threading, including unusual and challenging thread
forms
• Component assembly including helicoil, rivet, ball, bearing installation
swaging/staking, weldments and miscellaneous assembly.
• Careful application of LEAN and 6S manufacturing techniques to improve
throughput, efficiency and reliable, repeatable work.
Materials
We work with these materials regularly and have many sizes and
tempers in stock, reducing leadtime for resulting products
• Stainless steels – 300, 400 Series, PH Grade: 15-5, 17-4, 18-8,13-8 and 440
C high hardening.
• Low Allow Aircraft Steel – 4130, 4340, 4140, 52100.
• Carbon Steels – 1018, 1144, 1117, 1215, 12L14.
• Tool Steels – many grades and tempers
• Aluminum – 2024, 6061, 7075, 2219 etc., in many tempers.
• Brass and bearing bronzes – C360 (brass), C630 (Aluminum Nickel
Bronze), etc.
• Titanium – 6AL-4V, Commercially Pure or other alloys and tempers.
• Beryllium Copper, Carpenter Electric Iron, Molybdenum,Tungsten, Bi-
metallic sprint stock , etc.
• Exotics – Inconel,Waspalloy, Hasteloy, Monel, Nitronic, etc.
• Plastic- Nylon, Delrin,Torlon, PTFE, etc.
Special Process Support
• Heat Treating to aerospace standards or as required
• Non-destructive testing: magnetic particle inspection, liquid penetrant
inspection, Nital Etch, etc.
• Anodize, electroless-nickel plating, chrome plating, cadmium plating,
paint, passivation, electro-polish, etc.
• Part Identification: electro chemical etch, laser engrave, silkscreen, ink
stamp, machine engraving, etc.
• In-house precision deburring.
• Component assembly, including installation of pins, heli-coils, Lee Jets,
rivets, ball bearing swaging/staking, check balls as well as conventional,
electron beam and induction welding.
• Ultrasonic part cleaning.
• Labeling and packaging per customer requirements.
