• The increasing rate of population growth and urbanization
across the African Continent, and the needs of the citizenry
have become irresistible trend and most Governments as well
as private institutions are fully aware and appreciate the
transformational role that ICTs play in enhancing life and
economic wellbeing of Africans, hence the need to expand
the frontiers of smarter technologies.
