This document provides a template for smart goal setting. The template breaks goals down into specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) criteria. For each of the SMART elements, it includes prompts for what information should be included, such as describing the specific goal, how achievement will be measured, whether the goal is feasible, how relevant the goal is, and setting a time frame for working towards the goal.
