-people balance
-kitchen balance
-wooden self and a few blocks to make a slope
-an object which weight will be measured
Operation/ description of the experiment
• First we put an object on a kitchen balance and we measured a stone.
• We wrote down the mass.
• Then we made a slope and we wrote down the mass and the inclation again.
• We did that 5 times.
• Then we calculated the weight
Experiment 1: kitchen balance
Experiment 2: people balance
• First we measured the a person without a slope.
• Then we went outside and we measured that person on a slope somewhere at school.
• We did that 3 times.
• Then we calculated the weight on every slope to see where the slope was the steepest.
Results and conclusions Belgium.

CONCLUSION: if you put an object on a slope, the weight will decrease and the bigger the inclination, the smaller the weight.

With the balance we measure the orthogonal component to the
slope of the weight force. The bigger the inclination, the parallel
force to the slope increases and the orthogonal component to the
slope ( the one that we measured) decreases.
