Siying Wang completed the Pre-Business certificate program at Centennial College, passing all ten courses with grades of A+ or A. This was Siying's first certificate earned in Canada. Marie Scragg was Siying's favorite professor, teaching courses in a strict but helpful manner that helped Siying earn an A+ in her class. Siying also attended church parties with her uncle's family, using the opportunities to practice English and learn about western culture. In a group assignment for a Global Citizenship course, Siying's team received praise for their report on university graduate employment, where Siying took notes and researched education and media issues.

2. This is my Pre-Business's certificate in Centennial College. The courses of Pre-
Business were divided into two semesters. In addition, there were ten courses
to learn. If you pass all of courses, you will take your major program
successfully. So I worked hard in learning my courses. I got A+ or A in each
subject. This is my first certificate in Canada and I'm very pleased with myself.

3. Marie Scragg is one of my favorite
professors in Centennial College. She is a
responsible professor. Although she is
strict in her work, she is nice with students.
She always prints handouts for us and
teaches us how to write answers steps by
steps. I was her student in last term and I
am very appreciate her, so I still chose her
class in this semester. I got A+ in this
course. I want to say I have learned more
knowledge from her.

4. I will never forget this party. It was a funny party that I was
very pleased. I attended this church party with my uncle
family. They have the church party twice a month. Each
family brought some food with them and then we shared
these food together. I took the initiative to introduce myself to
my uncle's friends. I communicated with them and let them
know more about me. I think it is a good experience to let me
learn western culture and practice my spoken English.

5. I studied Global Citizenship Course in last semester. Professor required us
to do a group assignment which was called ' Social Action Project Report'.
Our team members were Haibo Sun, Yuyi Huang and Pan Deng.
Our topic was 'The employment problem of university graduates in the
world'. In this group, I was a note taker. In addition, I was responsible for
analyzing education problems and media problems. I collected a lot of data
from the Internent. At the same time, I checked the others grammar
carefully. Eventually, our group assignment got the professor's high praise
and I also got A+ in this course.

6. I visited the CN Tower with my friends last winter. Although
there was a lot of fog that day, I still had a bird's eye view of
Toronto. I learned the part of history of CN Tower when I
watched the introduction of the CN Tower on the wall.I will
never forget this trip, it let me Canada's beautiful scenery.
