Sikwaya Petrus was born in 1993 in Rundu, Namibia and grew up in Noordoewer. He attended primary and secondary school in Noordoewer and Windhoek. While in school, he held leadership positions such as Head Boy and chairperson of the school's student organization. After completing secondary school in 2015, he worked briefly at a petrol station, where he was promoted to cashier. He believes he is dedicated, able to control his peers, build teams, and drive success even in challenging environments.

Petrus Sikwaya Positioning Statement
1. POSITIONING STATEMENT of Sikwaya Petrus.
My name is Sikwaya Petrus born, in 25 December 1993 at Rundu. I grew
up at Noordoewer. I started my grade 1 at Rundu in 2004, and moved
to Noordoewer in the same year December and continued on with my
school at Noordoewer in the year 2005, began grade 2 until grade 10
at E.H.W Baard C.S. I m a sighted guy, initiative, compassion,
committed. I believe in myself, with a positive mind. I have the ability to
change an in provision environment to a success. One of the
accomplishment I’m proud of, is when I was elected as a Head boy at
School when I was still in grade 9, 2012 at E.H.W Baard C.S and
maintain to control the learners. I felt very proud because I was the
Head boy of the school, even thou sometime it was a challenge but I
managed to take control. In 2013 I was in grade 10 and passed my
grade 10 very well. While I was at E.H.W Baard C.S, I received basic
computer classes specializing in Keyboard (word processing).
In my matric years 2014 & 2015 I went to Windhoek where I’ve
completed my grade 12 at Ella Du Plessis Secondary School. And I was
elected as a Chairperson of NANSO at our school, to help learners who
were mistreated, to avoid the violence at school. It was never a
challenge because I had the ability to control peers behavior in any
sequence, I was the front page to be seen always in solving matter at
school. After my matric I looked for a Job, and started working on 13
November at Noordoewer One Stop as Petrol Attendance for
approximately two weeks, then I was promoted as a Cashier in the 3rd
weeks. I believe I m a dedicated candidate, and vibrate in any
environment, I can be appointed. I have the potential to build a team
at work place, at any time I can do it, and able to build it up whenever
obstacles come into the mission.
My aims is the mission, vision, action and success in term of in
provision.
