pm I put 4 to 5 drops of
SHADBINDU TAIL
(Ayurvedic herbal oil
preparation) in each
nostril
and sniffed it.
After some time I started
getting strange sensations

expulsion of lot of mucus
from maxillary sinuses on
both sides of my nose.
From the next day my
