McCartney Design combines graphic and interior design to deliver
cohesive solutions for retail, hospitality and corporate clients.
The 2013 Christmas card was a fun approach to interior and
graphic design working cohesively. Utilising interior design cross
sections CAD hatchings, layers of ingredients created a playful
visual Christmas recipe of Trifle and a New Years cocktail.

BlackGold Espresso, a small cafe in Rosebery, needed a brand
refresh which represented the values of a passionate owner. Warmth
and style were added while utilising existing brand assets for a
more fun and professional feel.

The flower cards were designed to have cut-through from the

Sagra is an Italian restaurant in Darlinghurst, Sydney that prides
themselves on fresh local seasonal produce with a festivious but
relaxed atmosphere friendly, welcoming staff.
Sagra needed a brand that embraced handmade qualities such
as homemade bread, limoncello, cheese, wine many other foods.
By applying Nigelâs (owner head chef) handwriting as the
logotype, created ownership and a relaxed feel.

Attik is a small store with a modest budget in a low, wedge
shaped space. To make the most of the space a distinctive digital
wallpaper pattern was created which would be easily changed
to alter the look and feel of the store easily and economically.

Rhino Carpentry required a professional brand for their business.
The concept was based on the concept of build and structural
sturdiness which formed the grounds of the identity. Letterpressed
stationery on thick, fibrous, sturdy card embodied the environment
to which the company is based.
Rhino cards have been featured on the Distillery Letterpress website.

on the âSum of the Wholeâ. A collection of hospitals that share the
same mission and values. The real world evidence of their superior
care is their success in patient outcomes. Produced were an A4 and
A3 document that focused on the people - both patients and staff.
Key success stories from the year were selected and those patients
were featured throughout the report.
