Branding / Literature
Client: Twigloo
Year: 2015
Twigloo came to us to brand and develop their
printed literature for their ecological community
developments.
The aim of the projects were to give a natural and
earthly feel to the literature whilst making sure the
visions and aims of the project were kept clear.
So far, as seen here, we have designed a concept and
vision document which outline the visions for the
project in a bid to get funding from various bodies.
The booklets contain all the vital information about
the projects broken up with stylised typography
which keeps the reader interested.
The first was an A5 portrait booklet and the second
an A5 landscape booklet on 170gsm silk stock and
staple bound together.

6. Branding / Logo / Website
www.rhodesrecruitment.co.uk
Client: Rhodes Recruitment
Year: 2015
Rhodes Recruitment, a Lincolnshire recruitment agency, specialising in HGV Driving, Caring and Catering. They wanted a logo and branding that
would be versatile on their literature but would stand out against the other recruitment agencies. We designed their logo, branding guidelines,
business stationery and responsive website development. The client was very happy with the end results and we are too!
We love the use of negative space in this logo. At first you see the “R” but if you look again you see the head and shoulders of a person and that’s
what recruitment is all about, the people; without people and their talents there wouldn’t be a need for recruitment agencies.

Flyer / Poster Design
Picnic at the Pavilion
Client: The Brink
Year: 2014/2015
The Brink came to us to design the marketing
materials and logo for a new community event
based in Beverley, UK
They wanted a fun and attractive flyer that would
be distributed around the area to entice people to
come along for the day.
We went with a simple illustrative / cartoon
scene look which would appeal to both adults and
children alike.
The logo focusses around the picnic theme with a
plate, blanket and cutlery. We think it works quite
well!
It’s just a shame we couldn’t get there for some ice
cream! Next time though eh?
9. Branding / Logo / Website

Client: West End in
Year: 2014/2015
West End in, A London based theatre workshop company, came to us to create the brand that would spread across the UK.
They wanted a branding that was striking and would stand out but also a logo that was adaptable and versatile to all the different
locations that would be added to the scheme over time. Also, a logo that would suit all the different strands of the business.
After researching the market and the target demographic we found that red, white and gold were the most recognisable colours
associated with the west end theatre. Therefore this is what we based the logo on. The website needed to be clear and concise as
this would be the sole way that delegates would book onto the courses and events. We also created their printed literature for the
various courses.
10. Promotional Flyers
Spree NE Weekend Away
Client: Urban Saints
Year: 2015
Urban Saints a charity that is across the whole of the UK wanted a flyer design for their youth summer weekend away. The brief was simple;
the flyer must be fun and attractive which would appeal to both the adults who would be the decision makers and the youth who would be
attending the weekend.

CD Artwork / Poster
Client: Brave New Storm
Year: 2012
Brave New Storm are an award winning indie-folk band from Sheffield, UK.
They came to us wanting a fresh look for their self titled 2nd EP. We had to redraw their logo (typeface) and we designed a strong geometric
design with autumnal colours and subtle clouds.
These sold like hot-cakes and we like to think that the design and the music were a perfect combination!

Client: Kings College London Symphony Orchestra
Year: 2013
Kings College London Symphony Orchestra came to us to design the marketing materials that would advertise the end of year alumni concert.
They wanted something sophisticated and striking to stand out across the campus. We went with a quirky idea to use the instruments that
would be used in the orchestra in an upmarket setting.
We heard they had a great turn out and really liked the final designs.

Ecommerce Website
Client: www.Rollkings.com
Year: 2012
Rollkings came to us needing a very fast turnaround
on an ecommerce site as their web hosting provider
had gone into liquidation and their site was no
longer accessible to add products or updates.
We stepped in to change their hosting provider,
redesign their whole site and transfer their whole
product catalogue over to the new site.
We created a clean and crisp website. The sites sole
purpose was to show off the products that were on
offer. We created the site in a CMS so that adding
products and updating the site was easy!
There were a few long days / nights spent on this
project but we loved the end result!
Dave delivered exactly what he said. Throughout the process he was
always available for comment and kept me updated on progress every
few days. He responded very well to my alterations to the draft site
culminating in me getting exactly what I wanted. What more can you
ask for? On completion Dave provided fantastic tutorial videos for me
explaining my product entirely in clear plain English. Since sign off,
Dave has continued to prove reliable and happy to help with common
sense queries anyone with a new website are likely to have. I can fully
recommend Dave George to build your website with confidence.
