Animal testing is used to test cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and other products. It involves performing experiments on animals like mice, rats, rabbits and monkeys that cause them pain and injury. While it has led to medical advances like vaccines and heart surgery, it is cruel to animals and does not always translate to accurate human outcomes. Alternatives exist like using leftover human skin, but many argue that animal testing is still needed to develop new drugs and protect humans from disease despite the moral issues raised.

Using recycled concrete aggregates (RCA) for pavements is crucial to achieving sustainability. Implementing RCA for new pavement can minimize carbon footprint, conserve natural resources, reduce harmful emissions, and lower life cycle costs. Compared to natural aggregate (NA), RCA pavement has fewer comprehensive studies and sustainability assessments.
Water billing management system project report.pdfKamal Acharya
Our project entitled “Water Billing Management System” aims is to generate Water bill with all the charges and penalty. Manual system that is employed is extremely laborious and quite inadequate. It only makes the process more difficult and hard.
The aim of our project is to develop a system that is meant to partially computerize the work performed in the Water Board like generating monthly Water bill, record of consuming unit of water, store record of the customer and previous unpaid record.
We used HTML/PHP as front end and MYSQL as back end for developing our project. HTML is primarily a visual design environment. We can create a android application by designing the form and that make up the user interface. Adding android application code to the form and the objects such as buttons and text boxes on them and adding any required support code in additional modular.

Abstract:
This paper proposes a system to differentiate between human-generated and AI-generated texts using stylometric analysis. The system analyzes text files and classifies writing styles by employing various clustering algorithms, such as k-means, k-means++, hierarchical, and DBSCAN. The effectiveness of these algorithms is measured using silhouette scores. The system successfully identifies distinct writing styles within documents, demonstrating its potential for plagiarism detection.
Introduction:
Stylometry, the study of linguistic and structural features in texts, is used for tasks like plagiarism detection, genre separation, and author verification. This paper leverages stylometric analysis to identify different writing styles and improve plagiarism detection methods.
Methodology:
The system includes data collection, preprocessing, feature extraction, dimensional reduction, machine learning models for clustering, and performance comparison using silhouette scores. Feature extraction focuses on lexical features, vocabulary richness, and readability scores. The study uses a small dataset of texts from various authors and employs algorithms like k-means, k-means++, hierarchical clustering, and DBSCAN for clustering.
Results:
Experiments show that the system effectively identifies writing styles, with silhouette scores indicating reasonable to strong clustering when k=2. As the number of clusters increases, the silhouette scores decrease, indicating a drop in accuracy. K-means and k-means++ perform similarly, while hierarchical clustering is less optimized.
Conclusion and Future Work:
The system works well for distinguishing writing styles with two clusters but becomes less accurate as the number of clusters increases. Future research could focus on adding more parameters and optimizing the methodology to improve accuracy with higher cluster values. This system can enhance existing plagiarism detection tools, especially in academic settings.

2. What is Animal Testing and What is it Used for?
I. Researches use animals to perform various tests
to acquire results and note them down for
further research. Animals such as mice, rats,
rabbits, monkeys and many other animals go
through severe pain and wounds to test
cosmetics and pharmaceutical medicine.
Animal experiments are needed for the
advance of medical science. According to
PETA (Public for the Ethical Treatment of
Animals)
3. “mice and rats are mammals with nervous
systems similar to our own”. Mice and rats are
the main animals supplied for research because
they have many similarities to humans. They feel
pain, fear, loneliness, and joy just as we do. But
the law does not protect them because they are
not part of the meager federal Animal Welfare
Act. They are tested on everything from
toxicology tests to painful burns and every drug
ranging from cocaine to methamphetamine
4. pumped into their bodies. The testing is used for
finding and testing drugs and treatments to make
health and medication more enhanced. There are
already many breakthroughs due to animal
testing. Open heart surgery, organ transplants
and vaccines for deadly diseases. “The surgeon
John Heysham Gibbon developed a heart-lung
bypass machine, which he tried out on a cat in
1935. (RDS, 2007).
5. What Effects does the Experiments
have on Humans and on Animals
“In a ideal world, people would not perform experiments
on animals” (The Economist, 2006). There is a long way
to go before we reach the ideal world. People want
defense against diseases and harmful chemicals. The
testing on animals for humans is expensive but for
animals it is often in excruciating pain. The animals
regularly go through painful tests such as eye irritancy
test, in which cream is applied to the rabbits eye to see
what reactions happens when the substance comes in
contact with the eye. Animal testing has also helped
discover major breakthroughs in various diseases such as
breast cancer, heart diseases, influenza and many others.
6. ADVANTAGES
1. “People need new drugs and vaccines” (The
Economist, 2006). People want protection from
sicknesses, diseases and toxicity chemicals. Many
argue that humans should respect the lives of animals,
but the life of an animal is not as valuable as a life of a
human.
2. Animals might not have the exact same physical
attributes as humans but the testing is close enough to
test whether the product is safe for human use.
3. Numerous amounts of medication and medicinal
practices would not have been possible and it would
make it extremely difficult to develop in the future.
7. DISADVANTAGESDISADVANTAGES
1. The testing on animals is very expensive.as. “The animals
must be fed, housed, cared for and treated with drugs.”
2. Testing on animals will not result in the same reaction on
humans and will be different causing the animal
experimentation to be pointless.
3. Test that have failed before are not allowed to be
performed unless there has been major progress and it
will have different results than the earlier test.
ALTERNATIVES
There are also other alternatives instead of animal testing.
The use of leftover human skin after surgery can be used to
test on harmful chemicals.
8. Animal used as foodAnimal used as foodI. Being consumers on scientific terms human beings consume a lot
of animals on daily basis.
We love to eat meat of sheep, cow, and hen.
II. The animal basically Filling your plate with meat, dairy products,
and eggs could be a recipe for heart disease, obesity,
cancer, diabetes, and even impotence. Leading health
experts agree that going vegan is the single best thing we
can do for ourselves and our families.
III. Some problems also do occur when we use various animals, for
example “A major 2006 study of 135,000 people found that
those who frequently ate grilled skinless chicken had a
staggering 52 percent higher risk of bladder cancer than
people who never ate it.”
IV.
V. Well-planned vegan diets provide us with all the nutrients that we
need, minus all the saturated fat, cholesterol, and
contaminants found in animal flesh, eggs, and dairy foods.
Scientists have also found that vegetarians have stronger
immune systems than their meat-eating friends; this means
that they are less susceptible to everyday illnesses such as
the flu. Vegetarians and vegans live, on average, 10 years
longer than meat-eaters.
9. Other animals (let's not forget that we
are also animals) are used as resources
to provide materials for our clothing.
Sheep and cows are bred and
slaughtered; foxes, mink and rabbits
caged and killed, wild animals shot or
trapped, to make clothes and shoes
from their skin and fur.
10. ALTERNATIVES
These days there is an endless supply of clothes
which aren’t made from animals. It's easy to buy
products such as shoes, jackets, jumpers and
scarves made from synthetic materials or natural
plant fibers such as cotton, hemp or linen.
Increasingly, synthetic materials are being
recycled with companies now selling clothes,
shoes and bags made out of recycled plastic
bottles.
11. ANIMAL USED FOR COSMETICSANIMAL USED FOR COSMETICS
Nowadays so many animals used for cosmetic testing. As
we are using shampoo, detergents and other cosmetics.
Many animals are under the influence of this
phenomena.
In a huge victory for animals, as of March 2013, the
European Union (EU) has banned the sale of any
cosmetics or cosmetics ingredients that have been
tested on animals.
12. This marketing ban means that companies
all around the world will have to abandon
animal testing for cosmetics that they want
to sell in the EU. The decision follows
vigorous campaigning by PETA and its
international affiliates that included public
protests, phone calls, and more than
20,000 e-mails
13. usionusion
Testing on animals is wrong but animal
experimentation will be around for many years
to come. Considering the fact that it is cruel on
animals and the researchers cannot test the
products on humans, animals are the only alive
option to test on and we cannot help stop it
because animal testing has helped us discover
many cures and other breakthroughs in
science and technology. Animal testing cannot
be avoided because the research provides very
useful information used to cure various
diseases that help develop the human race.
