In order to compete in today s competitive market, the company should integrate their
business activities of each functional area. Furthermore, integration allows in the
development of the workflow and the communication of the organizations (Monk
amp; Wagner, 2009). Recently, the company managements have started to think of
business processes rather than focusing on the business functions. Business processes
is known as collection of logically related tasks and activities (such as production,
sales or production) in order to perform the task together (Business dictionary, N.D.).
For the customer satisfaction, companies should ensure that the functional areas of
operations are integrated (Monk amp; Wagner, 2009, P. 4). For example, technology
of the computer changes rapidly, such as the configuration to the apple mac book pro,
dell computers. Therefore, to deliver the accurate information s to the customers,
sales department should have up to date information regarding the products and about
the latest computer configurations. This would allow the customers to order the

I could feel sweat beading as my team and I ran towards the computer that would
allow us to clock out, we had less than a minute to stay in compliance with our
company. This event had become a normality now that we had a new Lead, her
name was Kim and she was in her ninth month of pregnancy. She had been demoted

I grudgingly complied, I have had back problems since I fell out of a tree as a child.
There I was on my hands and knees scrubbing baseboards for two hours before
