· With a company that promotes from within I was able to prove myself dependable and reliable within my first 60 days.
Daily duties involved conducting interviews, hiring employees. Opening front doors, getting lobby ready for patients,
labs, collecting payments. Also included in responsibilities is restocking, tracking shipments, waste management, cash
box responsibility, and training employees who became knowledgeable dependable, and efficient.
HOSTESS/MANAGER TRAINEE | MCDONALDS | 2015-2016
· I assisted customers with any concerns from restaurant environment, and food. I also handled cash and credit/debit
card payments and returns. Presented food to customers, and learned managing tips in regards to administration
payroll, supply listing/ordering. Excelled in customer service within a 5 month stay I had successfully acquainted with
the most regular customers.
MEDICAL ASSISTANT | SELLS INDIAN HOSPITAL | 2015-2015
· Commuted on a daily basis 1 hour to and from Sells Service Unit, there I assisted providers with specific patient care for
pediatric patients and also customer service to attending guardians. Duties included: Injection of immunizations, vitals,
and patient information. Restocking patient rooms and working charge RN to maintain a work flow. Taking constructive
criticism and applying those changes was often spoken as one of my strong suits. Had to deescalate on multiple
occasions when working with children, I was always praised on my connection with each patient.
MAA/MEDICAL ADMINISTRATIVE | QUALITY OF LIFE | 2014-2015
· Serve as front desk clerk. Handled patient payments, information, insurance eligibility, and coding. Roomed patients for
provider(s) when needed and took vitals. Customer service in person and over the phone was implemented on a daily
basis and was essential for a healthy business flow of clients. I was often able to deescalate issues before needing to be
handed over to a supervisor or appropriate medical assistant.
