Filip Polus
Filip Polus, from Belgian origin, has more than 20-
years experience in finance, M&A, project
management, and has served as CFO, Head of F&A, and
International Tax Director.
Filip has experience in the FMCG, banking & finance,
Pharma,semiconductor, electronics, solar, automotive, BPO, and
professional services industries.
A creative 'out of the box' thinking entrepreneur, Filip has guided
multiple companies through change management,
reorganization, and business development; and he currenty acts as an
independent BOD director for several organizations.
Filip is also experienced in M&A and previously served as a
manager of M&A at BNP Paribas SA, Paris.
Filip holds a bachelor degree in Business Economics , Tax law and master in
Finance. He is a Belgian certified Accountant and tax Advisor.

Shahbaz Rashid
Shahbaz Rashid, from Pakistani origin and raised in Australia, has more then 15
years extensive of experiences as an senior analyst on business
optimization, corporate finance, and commercial and change
management.
Industry experience within large Fortune 500 companies including
Coca Cola Amatil, Dell Australia, Hewlett Packard, ING Australia
& SAP Australia amongst others. Shahbaz has recently been involved in
several change management projects for private and public companies in
Australia and in Asia.
He specializes in advising non-financial institutions on improving
product suites , better managing current business lines, and
market placement within a very saturated market.
Shahbaz holds a MBA from the University of New South Wales and a Bachelor
of International Business (Economics) from the Griffith University.

Thibault Cloostermans, from Belgian origin, has more then 10 years
experience as Director with focus on Investment and M&A Management.
This includes due diligence on M&A transactions, structuring of debt and
negotiations with banks, hands-on implementation of reporting and
decision-making tools, budgeting and advice to improve financial
performance and cash management of the portfolio companies.
Prior to this role with a reputated Belgian Investment fund , Thibault has
been financial manager for a subsidiary of a public listed multinational
active in HR business, primarily responsible for managing the financial
planning and record-keeping as well as the financial reporting. Providing
data-driven insights, analytical tools and advisory support as to enhance
decision making process and increase corporate performance.
In addition, Thibault has been active for several years in a privately owned
textile retail business as financial controller, responsible for the reporting
and consolidation of both domestic and foreign subsidiaries. Graduated in
2003 “magna cum laude” as commercial engineer at Solvay Management
School – VUB, Belgium.
