This document discusses using technology to improve learning for children both in and out of school. It proposes creating a technological school with state-of-the-art facilities to encourage practical skills among children. It would also have a scientific platform for children and youths to exhibit, explore and discover their unique potentials not available in their schools. An engineering platform would allow innovation and technical skills to be practiced while having fun. The goal is to train over 8,000 beneficiaries annually, including 3,000 children and 5,000 youths and adults. Revenue projections include fees from training programs and multimedia/business services totaling over 135 million naira annually. Investment is sought to help the venture blossom quickly.
