Banking System (ICBS) which provide
accurate information in real time
manner.

been achieved ( Effective Task

 Efficiently managed a paperless work
environment (increased user
productivity + reduced expenses in
physically storing and managing paper
documents).
 (increased efficiency by 80%)
Business Intelligence (B.I)
 ODB decided to use Performance
Indicator (KPI) Dashboard to improve its
operational and decision making
process by :
 Quickly combining data from different
data sources such as Core Banking
system, HRMS system, BPM &
Workflow system etc… to rapidly create
data analysis.
Key Objectives Achieved
 Empowerment of management to timely
performance reporting based on real-
time data in a browser or on-the-go with
mobile devices .
 Stronger KYC Relationships perceived.
 B.I : ( Risk decreased substantially)
 Proactive Measures Taken
Electronic Cheques Clearing (ECC)
 ECC is an image-based, cost-effective,
cheque processing & settlement
solution where original paper cheques
are transferred to electronic images for
electronic processing of financial
transactions and fund transfer between
banks.
Key Objectives Achieved
Electronification of cheques' images has
resulted in lowered cheques
transportation & float expenses.
 With the broad adoption of ECC, ODB
has experienced financial improvements
and operational gains born to this
solution.
 ECC: (Efficiency increased + Risks
decreased substantially).
Human Resource Management Solution
(HRMS)
 ODB has made a strategic decision to
implement Mena HRMS to achieve its
business objectives by providing a fully
integrated and flexible solution which
allows ODB to change, evolve
processes and structures without
technical constraints and minimum
administrative overhead costs
Key Objectives Achieved
 Standardized HR business processes
within ODB and as per best practices.
 Enhanced HR decision making via
access to accurate information in a
timely manner.
 Increased customer (Mangers and
Employees) satisfaction was created by
using improved procedures, processes
and performance information

  • 4. Key Objectives Achieved  Automation of business processes have been achieved ( Effective Task Management ).  Efficiently managed a paperless work environment (increased user productivity + reduced expenses in physically storing and managing paper documents).  (increased efficiency by 80%)
  • 5. Business Intelligence (B.I)  ODB decided to use Performance Indicator (KPI) Dashboard to improve its operational and decision making process by :  Quickly combining data from different data sources such as Core Banking system, HRMS system, BPM & Workflow system etc… to rapidly create data analysis.
  • 6. Key Objectives Achieved  Empowerment of management to timely performance reporting based on real- time data in a browser or on-the-go with mobile devices .  Stronger KYC Relationships perceived.  B.I : ( Risk decreased substantially)  Proactive Measures Taken
  • 7. Electronic Cheques Clearing (ECC)  ECC is an image-based, cost-effective, cheque processing & settlement solution where original paper cheques are transferred to electronic images for electronic processing of financial transactions and fund transfer between banks.
  • 8. Key Objectives Achieved Electronification of cheques' images has resulted in lowered cheques transportation & float expenses.  With the broad adoption of ECC, ODB has experienced financial improvements and operational gains born to this solution.  ECC: (Efficiency increased + Risks decreased substantially).
  • 9. Human Resource Management Solution (HRMS)  ODB has made a strategic decision to implement Mena HRMS to achieve its business objectives by providing a fully integrated and flexible solution which allows ODB to change, evolve processes and structures without technical constraints and minimum administrative overhead costs
  • 10. Key Objectives Achieved  Standardized HR business processes within ODB and as per best practices.  Enhanced HR decision making via access to accurate information in a timely manner.  Increased customer (Mangers and Employees) satisfaction was created by using improved procedures, processes and performance information  HRMS: (Increased efficiency )
