that went well and one issue that they noticed.
• When someone reports an issue right away, praise them in a team
meeting or email.
• Share issues that have come up in your own work.
• If you are worried that employees are too embarrassed or scared to
share issues, provide a confidential way for employees to report issues.
An online form can be helpful for this.
