11. Balaji Rajendrababu has over 17 years of experience in Project Management, Consulting,
Process Trainings, Quality Audits and Assessments.
Prior to Proctra, Balaji worked with Infosys for 12 years. During his stint with Infosys, he
has successfully delivered several large project/ process consulting engagements to fortune
500 companies in banking, retail, manufacturing and telecommunication industries.
Balaji has rich experience in dealing with end to end process improvements, delivering project/
process trainings, setting up large PMO‟s, defining process measures and managing large
change programs for organizations in Australia, Canada, India and United States of
America.
Balaji has been trained and certified as a Qualified Lead Auditor by the British Standards
Institution (BSI), London. In 2005, Balaji completed his Project Management Professional
certification from PMI and Certified Quality Manager certification from ASQ..
Balaji had also successfully completed the Certified
Information Systems Auditor (CISA) exam conducted by
Information Systems Audit and Control Association
(ISACA) and ISO 27001 Lead Auditor course from British
Standard Institution (BSI).
