Kaizen Workplace Training, Production Simulation
Team of +- 13-15 people simulate a work/production environment, need to
manufacture a certain product, within constraints of quality, quantity, cost and time.
The first run is done “cold”, they would do what they normally do based on basic
instructions given. Once the time is up and quota has not been met, there is the
explanation of CI concepts, 7+1 wastes, Takt time, JIT, Pull Systems, etc.
On the second run, normally, the group delivers an improvement up and over 300%.
Kaizen Reality-Show actual application (in the work place)
Based on the simulation, the group applies the concepts and knowledge learnt from
the simulation.

Organizational Culture Effectiveness Assessment
Based on its assessment of Perceived Vs Preferred, it provides a graphic
representation of its congruence or incongruence with the industry that it
operates in and 6 main factors that characterize an organizational culture,
example graph.
• Dominant characteristics – which describe the general perception of
the organisation,
• Organisational leadership – exemplified by specific leaders’
approaches,
• Management of employees – which refers to management styles,
• Organisation glue – are key values that hold the organisation together
• Strategic emphases – what is perceived to be worth to pursue as core
competences, and
• Criteria of success – what defines success.
