White genetic survival is the dynamic behind the high incarceration rate of Black males in
the U.S., which is second only to that of South Africa.
The high rate of Black male incarceration contributes in genocidal fashion to the
prevention of Black births and the Black male-supported development of all Black
children, particularly boys.

SEPARATISM IN AMERICAN JUSTICE SYSTEM:

Schools and Prisons: Fifty Years After Brown v. Board of Education, Sentencing
Project, April 2004 in Washington DC communicates:
the majority of illegal drug users and dealers in America, nationwide are white, yet three-
fourths of all people imprisoned for drug offenses have been black or brown.


The National Institute on Drug Abuse reported in 2000 the following
data(survey):
White students use cocaine at seven times the rate of students of color
White students use crack cocaine at eight times the rate of students of color
White students use heroin at seven times the rate of students of color
White students and students of color in high school have basically the same rate of
marijuana usage


The Human Rights Watch reported in 2000 the following data(survey):
In 7 states – African Americans represent 80-90% of all drug offenders sent to prison
In 15 states – blacks are admitted to prison on drug charges of a rate from twenty to fifty-seven
times greater than that of white men
Nationwide the rate of incarceration of African Americans far exceeds that of whites
As the War on Drugs revved up in the 1980s: prison admissions for African Americans hit the
roof actually ―quadrupling‖ in 3 years
Then the rate steadily increased until it reached a level in 2000, more than 26xs the levels in
1983 for African Americans
For Latinos in 2000 drug admissions was 22xs than in 1983
Now for whites there was an increase at 8xs in 2000 than in 1983, but their respective numbers
are small compared to that of People of Color


The National Household Survey on Drug Abuse reported in 2000 the
following data(survey):
White youth aged 12-17 are more than a third more likely to have sold illegal drugs than
African-American youth


In addition, during the year 2000 as the Human Rights Watch reported at the
same time as the National Household Survey on Drug Abuse, this is what the
Human Rights Watch had to say:

―African Americans were being arrested and imprisoned at unprecedented rates,
government data revealed that blacks were no more likely to be guilty of drug
crimes than whites and that white youth were actually the most likely of any racial
or ethnic group to be guilty of illegal drug possession and sales. ‗Any notion that
drug use among blacks is more severe or dangerous is belied by the data; white
youth have about three times the number of drug-related emergency room visits as
their African-American counterparts.‖


Dr. Frances Cress Welsing communicates in The Isis Papers, 1991:

Only the willingness of non-white peoples worldwide to recognize, analyze,
understand and discuss openly the genocidal dynamic will bring this injustice
to an end.
Most important, Black males must help one another to understand that they
are being led by the dynamic of white supremacy to inflict extreme damage
upon themselves, one another and ultimately the Black race.
Black males must understand that, contrary to what is said, the war being
conducted in urban centers is not against drugs but against Black males—for
the purpose of white genetic survival.



In the present era, truth and justice have been crushed by the global power
system of white supremacy, making the existence of peace on the planet
impossible under this reign of terror.
The attempt in this work to reveal some aspects of the in-depth truth about
the white supremacy power system for the ultimate purpose of establishing
justice and peace in the world is in the tradition of the great African, goddess,
Isis.
I hope that with this knowledge the world’s non-white people(black, brown,
red and yellow) will work more effectively to neutralize this global and most
monstrous form of injustice and chaos.



Any person not interested in a definition, analysis and deeper understanding
of worldwide white supremacy must have an interest (conscious or
subconscious) in maintaining the same.
Those who will to work for justice and who understand that work as their
conscious responsibility will be found in all places and in all walks of life, at
all level of formal education and at all income levels.
There are no class or race divisions nor language barriers for those who do
this cosmic work.
It is time to solve this problem once and for all.
It is time for justice on the planet Earth.
