• Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office.

• Assist in recruitment duties and classification of HOC cvs
• Dealing with medical Insurance
• Following up Performance appraisal
• Responsible of Payroll process
• Responsible of attendance reports.
• Responsible of all administration affairs in the company
• Monitor daily attendance.
• Investigate and understand causes for staff absences
• Monitor scheduled absences such as holidays or travel and coordinate actions to
• ensure the staff absence has been adequately covered off to ensure continuity of
services.
• Provide advice and assistance to supervisors on staff recruitment
• Schedule and organize interviews
• Ensure that accurate job descriptions are in place
• Searching on database to list the suitable candidates.

1. Senior Consultant – Payroll
BPO Services
The business process outsourcing (BPO) practice helps our clients optimize the performance
of important business functions such as accounting, tax, human resources, so that our clients
can concentrate their efforts on their own businesses.
Your responsibilities:
Provide high-quality payroll services to BPO client portfolio (for local employees of
Romanian or international companies in Romania).
Prepare statutory payroll statements and the related tax returns.
Follow and keep track of all the projects allocated.
Draft employment contracts, termination and ad-hoc personnel documents; maintain
personnel files.
Maintain and develop professional relationships with clients.
Support business leaders in identifying scope and extent of work.
Initiate continuous improvements to systems and processes to ensure optimum
effectiveness and efficiency.
Requirements:
University degree.
Typically 4+ years of experience within a consultancy/ multinational company.
Solid statutory payroll, labor legislation and human resources knowledge.
Very good written/spoken English literacy
Computer literacy (payroll software – UCMS Pay, MS Office).
Able to work independently and take initiative.
Solid analytical skills.
Good Project Management skills.
Ability to meet deadlines (handle stress associated with tight deadlines).
Ability to act in the face of uncertainty.
