EU IT operations/projects. Played multiple role of BA and PM. Worked with stakeholders from all the different EU countries and
technical teams in India. Managing requirements, influencing technical solutions and ensure project implementation with active
involvement in every stage of project lifecycle.
New product and service introduction – Telco: Led as a Consultant/Business Analyst, was involved in end to end development
of new wholesale broadband product and service introduction for a UK Telco. Created solution design using UML, conducted
workshops and gathered detailed user requirements. Executed the project using iterative development and conducted multiple
workshops with various stakeholders for smooth delivery of the project.
IT Rationalization & Strategy alignment - Telco: Led as a Consultant/Business Analyst defining, designing and executing the
roadmap (includes end to end solution design and user requirements gathering) and strategic direction for the portfolio of
applications with a view to achieve strategic cost cutting and process improvements for a large UK Telco
Project management (Support) - Energy: Led as a Support consultant for a large Energy client of Infosys in the domain of Oil
Trading. Was primarily responsible for Support deliverables of Front Office trading applications. Was involved in proactive risk
management, escalation handling, handling communications of high priority incidents, release management, change
management activities. Was responsible for providing weekly updates and dashboards for the entire suite of front office
applications to all the stakeholders. Was also part of process improvements team for the same program.
Co-Creation of IP with Client - Energy: Led as senior consultant for a large program for a UK Energy client. Co-created an IP
with the client in the upstream processes. This involved managing a program (3 projects) across 9 months. Was involved in
consulting and management activities for the program.
