finishes give good service for rough wear & launderings.
 For cold weather, mittens & hoods are necessary(light
weight, wind resistant & washable fabric).
 Soft soled shoes may be needed if protection from cold is
needed. Shoes should be ½ inch longer than toe & stocking
should be ½ inch longer than foot.
 Training pants are often worn in which the central area is
reinforced 3-5 times to improve the absorbency. Training pants
are made of two-way stretch fabrics that fit snugly at the hip.

is ¼ -3 inch high.

seam allowance, hooks or snap buttons which are not securely
fastened, decorations which are difficult to iron, poorly constructed
openings should be avoided.
 No sharp or pointed edges, well finished seams.

movement without tearing the garment.

 The armhole of shirts & dresses should be atleast one inch below
the armpit for comfort.
