This document discusses Scrumban, a hybrid agile framework that combines elements of Scrum and Kanban. It provides overviews of Scrum, Kanban, and some of their differences. Scrumban uses Scrum for initial planning but allows work to flow continuously like Kanban. This hybrid approach aims to gain benefits from both frameworks like Scrum's structure and communication alongside Kanban's flexibility and continuous improvement. In combining Scrum and Kanban, Scrumban seeks to be less prescriptive while maintaining investment and communication.
