As her sisters got older, they disliked school but Katie recognized the importance of education and succeeded in high school to set a good example. As an adult, Katie initially put off her education to be with a partner who cheated and divorced her, but she has since found encouragement from a new partner to pursue her goal of becoming a teacher by attending school.

Miss Cain is a first grade teacher from Lebanon, Ohio who graduated from Wright State University in 2016 with a Masters in Education. She has been working in the district for 5 years and enjoys baseball and spending time with her dog Emma. A year of Superheroes and one where with heavy hearts but all good wishes for healthy and happy retirements we bid the fondest farewells to our very own Superheroes: Class Teacher Mrs Ruth McVicker, Business Manager Ms Angela Christie and our most wonderful and incomparable Head Teacher marvel, Mrs Alison Noble.
