The document discusses the science of respect and how it impacts individuals and societies. It argues that respect is not well understood despite its significant influence on human behavior. It also suggests that women often prioritize being liked over being respected, while men prioritize respect, and this dynamic has societal impacts. Finally, it discusses how lack of respect for certain groups, such as minorities and teenagers, can lead to feelings of resentment and retaliation, negatively impacting social cohesion.

Introduction
As an informed person, my stance on cultural competence is very perfect since I do accept and respect everybody’s life choices including myself. From the previous, I discussed the gay marriage or same-sex relationships; this aspect of cultural identifier remains an ethical, societal, political as well as civil rights issue in.
Cognitive schemas can result in stereotypes and contribute to prejudice.
Stereotypes Stereotypes are beliefs about people based on their membership in a particular group. Stereotypes can be positive, negative, or neutral. Stereotypes based on gender, ethnicity, or occupation are common in many societies.

2019: Eternal Sanguinity And Monster Of Institutional MalignancySantosh Jha
Given the global trend of average person becoming less aware of his or her milieus and average person becoming slave to political narrative of societal and cultural ‘Realities’ in the milieus, there does not seem any initiative for institutional reforms. It is rather more probable that in years to come, conflicts shall completely color the Consciousness and Cognition of average person and masses shall turn into happy tools in the hands of handful of politicians and corporate, who shall recipe over the ‘conflicts’ to dish out to masses to ensure their own unbridled agenda…
Democratization Of Media – Time For INTELLECTUALS To Defeat Politics & Econom...Santosh Jha
‘Idealism’ The Intellectuals Are Professing, By Nature Stands Antagonistic To Status Quo Of The System That Is Popularly Accepted In Human Life-Living Milieus. They Fail To Accept That Idealisms Cannot Be Something That ‘Challenges’ A Current System Or Attempts To Drastically Change The Current System. Idealism Can Come And Shall Come Only When Intellectuals Accept That It Shall Come From Within The Existing System And By Extracting Power And Resources From The Same System And Milieus Which They Are Offended Against…
In modern humanity, where 1% people own and monopolize 99% of incomes and wealth, globally, if humanity could trace one single element, that has somehow equitable and abundant distribution across geography, cultures and demography, that definitively stands out as STRESS…! In contemporary time-space of human march towards excellence and wellness, everyone seems to have only one singular thing as equally enough is STRESS…!
As the intelligence, reason or logic is now more aligned to emotional contents and imageries, which probably an over-active monkey brain supplies in contemporary milieus of conflicts, confusion and chaos, average person’s reason is actually emotions…!
You May Sleep Probabilities Shall NEVER...Santosh Jha
Often, most people have the innate consciousness to see and visualize a probability – opportunity as well as a threat, only in the near future. Average mind cannot see deep and long in future; our brain and consciousness is designed this way.
It is truly sad and unfortunate that some males opt to say they fear modern women’s obsession about violations. Males are thousand times safer, secure, pampered and socially-culturally favored than women, who still face a world, where her life and dignity is constantly under threat from all possible corners.
Why Saying, ‘I Know’, Is Worst Hypocrisy Of Humanity…?Santosh Jha
Beware of the potential of your stupid mind, it is the genius of hallucinations and as brain is where all realism starts and ends, our brain keeps churning its mechanism of reality-construction, through its hallucination-factory, piling up ‘Beliefs and Perceptions’ in the already over-buffered inventory.
Milieus must have all thoughts and ideas and they must remain assigned to dialectics of evolution in time and space. What may sound a futility or stupidity, may evolve as utility and sanity in future time and space...
This hate against women is surely not very specific. Like uncountable other hate objects and subjects in contemporary societies and cultures, women too are ‘generic’ hate targets. There is a larger picture of ‘global anger’ against existing world order, for we all to see and accept…
People usually feel and accept that markets and trade is where things are sold and bought. The reality is – things that are there in such nominated places called bazaar are already sold and bought in the brain states.
Outside the world of internet too, there are billions of people, who are actually living corpses. Their bodies are living in 2017 and mind consciousness date back to before Christ era. Bring up the talk of religion, ethnicity, nationalism, war and love’ you shall see so many zombies rising from their graves and hitting you to smithereens…
The mirror, we keep looking at, is never enough. We need million mirrors to validate our ‘art’, still, we know and feel it that mirrors are detrimental to the very sanctity of art itself…
Richard's entangled aventures in wonderlandRichard Gill
Since the loophole-free Bell experiments of 2020 and the Nobel prizes in physics of 2022, critics of Bell's work have retreated to the fortress of super-determinism. Now, super-determinism is a derogatory word - it just means "determinism". Palmer, Hance and Hossenfelder argue that quantum mechanics and determinism are not incompatible, using a sophisticated mathematical construction based on a subtle thinning of allowed states and measurements in quantum mechanics, such that what is left appears to make Bell's argument fail, without altering the empirical predictions of quantum mechanics. I think however that it is a smoke screen, and the slogan "lost in math" comes to my mind. I will discuss some other recent disproofs of Bell's theorem using the language of causality based on causal graphs. Causal thinking is also central to law and justice. I will mention surprising connections to my work on serial killer nurse cases, in particular the Dutch case of Lucia de Berk and the current UK case of Lucy Letby.

Cancer cell metabolism: special Reference to Lactate PathwayAADYARAJPANDEY1
Normal Cell Metabolism:
Cellular respiration describes the series of steps that cells use to break down sugar and other chemicals to get the energy we need to function.
Energy is stored in the bonds of glucose and when glucose is broken down, much of that energy is released.
Cell utilize energy in the form of ATP.
The first step of respiration is called glycolysis. In a series of steps, glycolysis breaks glucose into two smaller molecules - a chemical called pyruvate. A small amount of ATP is formed during this process.
Most healthy cells continue the breakdown in a second process, called the Kreb's cycle. The Kreb's cycle allows cells to “burn” the pyruvates made in glycolysis to get more ATP.
The last step in the breakdown of glucose is called oxidative phosphorylation (Ox-Phos).
It takes place in specialized cell structures called mitochondria. This process produces a large amount of ATP. Importantly, cells need oxygen to complete oxidative phosphorylation.
If a cell completes only glycolysis, only 2 molecules of ATP are made per glucose. However, if the cell completes the entire respiration process (glycolysis - Kreb's - oxidative phosphorylation), about 36 molecules of ATP are created, giving it much more energy to use.
IN CANCER CELL:
Unlike healthy cells that "burn" the entire molecule of sugar to capture a large amount of energy as ATP, cancer cells are wasteful.
Cancer cells only partially break down sugar molecules. They overuse the first step of respiration, glycolysis. They frequently do not complete the second step, oxidative phosphorylation.
This results in only 2 molecules of ATP per each glucose molecule instead of the 36 or so ATPs healthy cells gain. As a result, cancer cells need to use a lot more sugar molecules to get enough energy to survive.

introduction to WARBERG PHENOMENA:
WARBURG EFFECT Usually, cancer cells are highly glycolytic (glucose addiction) and take up more glucose than do normal cells from outside.
Otto Heinrich Warburg (; 8 October 1883 – 1 August 1970) In 1931 was awarded the Nobel Prize in Physiology for his "discovery of the nature and mode of action of the respiratory enzyme.
WARNBURG EFFECT : cancer cells under aerobic (well-oxygenated) conditions to metabolize glucose to lactate (aerobic glycolysis) is known as the Warburg effect. Warburg made the observation that tumor slices consume glucose and secrete lactate at a higher rate than normal tissues.

The increased availability of biomedical data, particularly in the public domain, offers the opportunity to better understand human health and to develop effective therapeutics for a wide range of unmet medical needs. However, data scientists remain stymied by the fact that data remain hard to find and to productively reuse because data and their metadata i) are wholly inaccessible, ii) are in non-standard or incompatible representations, iii) do not conform to community standards, and iv) have unclear or highly restricted terms and conditions that preclude legitimate reuse. These limitations require a rethink on data can be made machine and AI-ready - the key motivation behind the FAIR Guiding Principles. Concurrently, while recent efforts have explored the use of deep learning to fuse disparate data into predictive models for a wide range of biomedical applications, these models often fail even when the correct answer is already known, and fail to explain individual predictions in terms that data scientists can appreciate. These limitations suggest that new methods to produce practical artificial intelligence are still needed.
In this talk, I will discuss our work in (1) building an integrative knowledge infrastructure to prepare FAIR and "AI-ready" data and services along with (2) neurosymbolic AI methods to improve the quality of predictions and to generate plausible explanations. Attention is given to standards, platforms, and methods to wrangle knowledge into simple, but effective semantic and latent representations, and to make these available into standards-compliant and discoverable interfaces that can be used in model building, validation, and explanation. Our work, and those of others in the field, creates a baseline for building trustworthy and easy to deploy AI models in biomedicine.

(May 29th, 2024) Advancements in Intravital Microscopy- Insights for Preclini...Scintica Instrumentation
Intravital microscopy (IVM) is a powerful tool utilized to study cellular behavior over time and space in vivo. Much of our understanding of cell biology has been accomplished using various in vitro and ex vivo methods; however, these studies do not necessarily reflect the natural dynamics of biological processes. Unlike traditional cell culture or fixed tissue imaging, IVM allows for the ultra-fast high-resolution imaging of cellular processes over time and space and were studied in its natural environment. Real-time visualization of biological processes in the context of an intact organism helps maintain physiological relevance and provide insights into the progression of disease, response to treatments or developmental processes.
In this webinar we give an overview of advanced applications of the IVM system in preclinical research. IVIM technology is a provider of all-in-one intravital microscopy systems and solutions optimized for in vivo imaging of live animal models at sub-micron resolution. The system’s unique features and user-friendly software enables researchers to probe fast dynamic biological processes such as immune cell tracking, cell-cell interaction as well as vascularization and tumor metastasis with exceptional detail. This webinar will also give an overview of IVM being utilized in drug development, offering a view into the intricate interaction between drugs/nanoparticles and tissues in vivo and allows for the evaluation of therapeutic intervention in a variety of tissues and organs. This interdisciplinary collaboration continues to drive the advancements of novel therapeutic strategies.
Observation of Io’s Resurfacing via Plume Deposition Using Ground-based Adapt...Sérgio Sacani
Since volcanic activity was first discovered on Io from Voyager images in 1979, changes
on Io’s surface have been monitored from both spacecraft and ground-based telescopes.
Here, we present the highest spatial resolution images of Io ever obtained from a groundbased telescope. These images, acquired by the SHARK-VIS instrument on the Large
Binocular Telescope, show evidence of a major resurfacing event on Io’s trailing hemisphere. When compared to the most recent spacecraft images, the SHARK-VIS images
show that a plume deposit from a powerful eruption at Pillan Patera has covered part
of the long-lived Pele plume deposit. Although this type of resurfacing event may be common on Io, few have been detected due to the rarity of spacecraft visits and the previously low spatial resolution available from Earth-based telescopes. The SHARK-VIS instrument ushers in a new era of high resolution imaging of Io’s surface using adaptive
optics at visible wavelengths.
Earliest Galaxies in the JADES Origins Field: Luminosity Function and Cosmic ...Sérgio Sacani
We characterize the earliest galaxy population in the JADES Origins Field (JOF), the deepest
imaging field observed with JWST. We make use of the ancillary Hubble optical images (5 filters
spanning 0.4−0.9µm) and novel JWST images with 14 filters spanning 0.8−5µm, including 7 mediumband filters, and reaching total exposure times of up to 46 hours per filter. We combine all our data
at > 2.3µm to construct an ultradeep image, reaching as deep as ≈ 31.4 AB mag in the stack and
30.3-31.0 AB mag (5σ, r = 0.1” circular aperture) in individual filters. We measure photometric
redshifts and use robust selection criteria to identify a sample of eight galaxy candidates at redshifts
z = 11.5 − 15. These objects show compact half-light radii of R1/2 ∼ 50 − 200pc, stellar masses of
M⋆ ∼ 107−108M⊙, and star-formation rates of SFR ∼ 0.1−1 M⊙ yr−1
. Our search finds no candidates
at 15 < z < 20, placing upper limits at these redshifts. We develop a forward modeling approach to
infer the properties of the evolving luminosity function without binning in redshift or luminosity that
marginalizes over the photometric redshift uncertainty of our candidate galaxies and incorporates the
impact of non-detections. We find a z = 12 luminosity function in good agreement with prior results,
and that the luminosity function normalization and UV luminosity density decline by a factor of ∼ 2.5
from z = 12 to z = 14. We discuss the possible implications of our results in the context of theoretical
models for evolution of the dark matter halo mass function.
Nutraceutical market, scope and growth: Herbal drug technologyLokesh Patil
As consumer awareness of health and wellness rises, the nutraceutical market—which includes goods like functional meals, drinks, and dietary supplements that provide health advantages beyond basic nutrition—is growing significantly. As healthcare expenses rise, the population ages, and people want natural and preventative health solutions more and more, this industry is increasing quickly. Further driving market expansion are product formulation innovations and the use of cutting-edge technology for customized nutrition. With its worldwide reach, the nutraceutical industry is expected to keep growing and provide significant chances for research and investment in a number of categories, including vitamins, minerals, probiotics, and herbal supplements.
1. SCIENCE OF RESPECT
Shades Of Psychologies Of ‘Socio-Metric Status’ And
How It Affects Nations & People…!
2. Somebody said it very right. The anatomy of respect is complex; therefore there is
little interest among people about the ‘Science of Respect’. Despite the range and
power of its influence, the norm of respect itself receives too little respect, in that
people commonly underestimate its impact on human behavior.
It is a wider perception that anatomy of respect has been studied less than that of
disrespect. This has happened despite the fact that even common men and women
know it very well that ‘Respect’ is the platform, which stages worst forms of
hypocrisies – People can go long ways to GET Respect but devise all possible foolish
and even catastrophic excuses to NOT GIVE Respect in lieu or otherwise. Then, the
business of respect is a cyclic calamity. When we don’t give, we don’t get back…!
The importance of the various shades of psychologies of respect can be understood
from a small example, which we probably see all around us. Psychologists maintain
that usually women in work settings, in public domains or even inside homes,
primarily want to be LIKED. In order to achieve this, they may forego being
respected. Men, on the other hand, may more likely opt for RESPECT, even at the
cost of being disliked or hated.
Now, there is no need to sit on a judgment as this reality is not absolute and as we
said, it has shades of realism. Moreover, there are loads of histogenetic factors and
archetypes in women’s perception, worldviews and preferences, subconscious as
well as conscious, which are responsible for why average women prioritize
‘Likeability’ over ‘Respectability’, if it is deemed true and a generic reality. There are
still loads of vestiges of cultural mind training among women which makes them
root for such preferences that make them inclined more to their ‘beauty’ aspects,
‘desirability’ viewpoint and ‘congeniality’. This probably sometimes compromise on
their ‘respectability’, which they deserve but get sidelined…
3. In modern milieus, there are many women, especially many of those who have
ventured out in working milieus, do have this what many men call ‘Obsession’ with
demanding/getting RESPECT, at all possible costs. This is not easy as traditionally,
even men in working places and in public domain have this mindset to look at
women as something as ‘desirable’ and ‘likeable’ realism, rather than something to
respect. It is only natural that getting respect for women in public domain or even in
home milieus is a demand that meets with traditional mindset that has still not
evolved for that. It is only natural that his has led to a situation of major battle of
attitudes and psychologies between men and women, with both men and women
mouthing extremities for each other. This surely has had its debilitating impact on
everything – workplace efficiency to collapsing marriages.
… It is primarily all about Science of Respect, which has not yet found enough
time/space of deliberation and study. It should…!
We sure have to give the issue of ‘respect’ its due place in our lives. New research
suggests that overall happiness in life is more related to how much you are
Respected and Admired by those around you, not to the status that comes from how
much money you have stashed in your bank account. It has been proved that higher
‘Socio-Metric Status’ – respect and admiration in your friendship network,
workplace, home, neighborhood, society, cultures –make big difference in your
overall happiness. This, your money and job status may not replenish or refurbish…
We all need to understand and accept as how the science of the psychologies of
‘respect’ plays out its subtle and embedded constructs in making and unmaking of
personalities. This has huge impact on a person’s overall wellness and normal life-
living. This in turn causes its commensurate ‘ripples’ in societies and nations. There
is a great example of that in Indian context, which we can take into account…
4. In India, we currently have a top politician, whose personality and traits are being
discussed and even feared in intellectual circles. Psychologists say, respect is
intrinsic to all persons. All over the globe, from early days, everyone seeks to be
respected and if they do not get respect, this results into a personality disorder of
sorts, which wreak havoc not only on the person but the whole society. The best
example is the behavior of teenagers all over the world and in all times. The
teenagers are new to the world and their primary instinct is to get their roots in the
huge world they have just entered. However, they are never treated with respect;
rather hey face the worst disrespects from societies, which label them in line with
fixed stereotypes that they are into drugs and sex misadventures. This results in
teenagers taking revenge and unleashing disrespectful behavior towards all…
The same happens with young men and women, who join a workforce. The
newcomers are seldom respected by their bosses and companies they join. Global
researches have confirmed now that most young men and women leave their jobs
not because of lure for moneys and better prospects but because of the nasty and
disrespectful bosses and seniors in the workplace. In India, we have a very powerful
example of how science of respect plays out havoc in offices, workplaces, home
milieus and societies…
We have in India a top political leader, who rose from almost non-entity to ladders
of power and remained in seat of power for long in state politics. Later, he moved
successfully to national scene and emerged as probably the most politically
successful leader in many decades. Yet, since his early days in politics, he was
credited with a ‘Blemish’ on his personal character and despite his best efforts, he
failed to get the ‘respect’ of intellectuals and top media persons, who mattered and
still matter. He kept rising in power and status but those who withdrew ‘respect’
from him, for that alleged ‘Blot’, remained reluctant, even mounting more
disrespectful attacks on his personal ways.
5. Psychologists now say that at a certain point of time, when this top politician
accepted that he cannot get ‘RESPECT’ from that quarter, which he sought and
mattered, he also acquired this ‘Teen-Syndrome’, which makes a person be
revengeful and unleash more disrespect and ridicule on others. This top leader is
said to use this newly-acquired ‘Power of Disrespect and Ridicule’ to demolish his
opponent. This, as psychologists warn, has had a cyclic syndrome. More disrespect
breads greater disrespect in return. Now, the situation is, it is very difficult to say,
whether the top leader is being overly disrespectful or those intellectuals and media
people, who have not accepted his ‘Innocence’. This is the teenager syndrome.
Everyone hates teenagers for their fixed stereotypes and teenagers in return hate all
to put the score at level.
Interestingly, this issue of ‘respect’ is also linked to a shade of ‘behavioral disorder’,
which has caused big trouble to not only India but the whole world. Psychologists
say that though a minority community in India was always on the receiving end of
‘Distrust and Disrespect’ since long but at a certain stage of Indian politics, this
minority community got pushed up so hard against the wall, in the name of their
religion, that it began to react the way that we have defined as ‘Teenager-Syndrome’,
or what this top leader is doing. The minority community label of disrespect became
so big and overwhelming that many, especially the young ones in this community
began to take revengeful reaction by asserting their ‘larger-than-real’ religious
identities and pay back the disrespect in the coin of different shades of expressions.
Psychologists insist and many intellectuals from this minority community have
accepted the ‘fundamentalism’ of religiosity that is now playing out in India and
world over, may well be read and studied from the perspective of ‘Science of
Respect’. It is like, “Well, if you cannot show respect to my identity, I shall show
what true disrespect is…!” Unfortunately, nobody has the inclination to spare a
hought on such issues of societal and national importance…
6. There is a very good example about how small things matter, when it comes to
getting respect. Researchers say, there is a billionaire in USA, who has remained as
the wealthiest man of world for many years, has had a very great psychological trick
at his hands. In all his annual general meetings or in big public interfaces, he would
start his speech by accepting some small or probably not so big shortcomings of his
own personality or his company’s policies and then would declare with solemnity
that he would do all possible things to correct the shortcomings and make things
better…
Researchers say, this very idea that this top wealthy businessman was accepting his
mistakes and fallibility, made him look so very believable and honest that all his
stake holders and larger public investing in his companies trust him and respect him
more and more. They took this humility and innocence as something, which
garnered deep and lasting RESPECT for the top businessman and his enterprises…
If we apply the above mentioned situation with our own top political leader in India,
it is very clear that he has failed hugely on his front. Probably, all that his big league
of opponents and disrespectful group wished him to do was be true, be honest and
be respectful about his personality and show up his small humility to accept that he
had ‘erred’, or at least he can err as he is human too. This element of fallibility is
somehow a great benchmark of ‘sincerity and innocence’, which people want to see
in a person, who wishes to be respected. This, probably, he has never done. Rather,
he aggressively plays his ‘impeccable’ card and ‘dismisses’ any fallibility that
intellectuals and media keep associating and labeling with his working…
Surely, nobody can sit on judgment because, only this top leader knows his reasons
for whatever he does. Some analysts also say that if he accepts ‘mistake’, he may win
some of his opponents and get their ‘respect’ but this probably would cause huge
loss of support that he has among millions, who like him just because he is
disrespectful to ‘those’ and annihilates them with his ridicule and contempt. In
7. India, there is a huge crowd of men and women, who have faced similar situations –
they have the feeling that they have not been respected enough and for millions of
them, this top leader, disrespecting all his opponents is something, they enjoy and
that is probably why they root for him…
There are endless examples of how this element of ‘respect’ is so powerful entity in
making and unmaking of persons, societies and nations, yet, there has been a
general neglect of any research or deep study about the ‘Science Of Respect’. Not
only in India, rather globally, this widespread anger among average men and
women, emanating because of their deep-seated feeling that they are not being
respected the way they deserve, has caused massively destructive ripples in
societies and cultures. Most vivid cases are India and USA, witnessing similar
situations…!
… We need to respect the issue of RESPECT… we all need to respect everyone… we
need to stop and ensure, nobody feels disrespected – at home, at workplace or even
on the road… Don’t we…?
