The circulatory system consists of the heart, blood vessels, and blood. The pulmonary circuit carries deoxygenated blood to the lungs to be oxygenated and then back to the heart. The systemic circuit carries oxygenated blood around the body and returns deoxygenated blood to the heart. Blood contains red blood cells, white blood cells, platelets, water, and nutrients and waste products. The heart is a muscular pump with four chambers that uses valves to ensure blood flows in one direction through the pulmonary and systemic circuits via arteries, capillaries, and veins.
It is a powerpoint presentation that discusses about the lesson or topic: Circulatory System. It also talks about the definition, parts and the concepts about Circulatory System.
The Human Blood Circulatory system
Humans and other vertebrates have a closed blood circulatory system:
This system consists of
the heart (pump),
series of blood vessels
the blood that flows through them.
This means that circulating blood is pumped through a system of vessels.
Functions of Human Blood Circulatory System
1. oxygen
2. carbon dioxide

The cardiovascular system can be thought of as the transport system of the body.
This system has three main components: the heart, the blood vessel and the blood itself.
The heart is the system’s pump and the blood vessels are like the delivery routes.

Putting the SPARK into Virtual Training.pptxCynthia Clay
This 60-minute webinar, sponsored by Adobe, was delivered for the Training Mag Network. It explored the five elements of SPARK: Storytelling, Purpose, Action, Relationships, and Kudos. Knowing how to tell a well-structured story is key to building long-term memory. Stating a clear purpose that doesn't take away from the discovery learning process is critical. Ensuring that people move from theory to practical application is imperative. Creating strong social learning is the key to commitment and engagement. Validating and affirming participants' comments is the way to create a positive learning environment.

A Memorandum of Association (MOA) is a legal document that outlines the fundamental principles and objectives upon which a company operates. It serves as the company's charter or constitution and defines the scope of its activities. Here's a detailed note on the MOA:
Contents of Memorandum of Association:
Name Clause: This clause states the name of the company, which should end with words like "Limited" or "Ltd." for a public limited company and "Private Limited" or "Pvt. Ltd." for a private limited company.

Registered Office Clause: It specifies the location where the company's registered office is situated. This office is where all official communications and notices are sent.
Objective Clause: This clause delineates the main objectives for which the company is formed. It's important to define these objectives clearly, as the company cannot undertake activities beyond those mentioned in this clause.

Liability Clause: It outlines the extent of liability of the company's members. In the case of companies limited by shares, the liability of members is limited to the amount unpaid on their shares. For companies limited by guarantee, members' liability is limited to the amount they undertake to contribute if the company is wound up.

Capital Clause: This clause specifies the authorized capital of the company, i.e., the maximum amount of share capital the company is authorized to issue. It also mentions the division of this capital into shares and their respective nominal value.
Association Clause: It simply states that the subscribers wish to form a company and agree to become members of it, in accordance with the terms of the MOA.
Importance of Memorandum of Association:
Legal Requirement: The MOA is a legal requirement for the formation of a company. It must be filed with the Registrar of Companies during the incorporation process.
Constitutional Document: It serves as the company's constitutional document, defining its scope, powers, and limitations.
Protection of Members: It protects the interests of the company's members by clearly defining the objectives and limiting their liability.
External Communication: It provides clarity to external parties, such as investors, creditors, and regulatory authorities, regarding the company's objectives and powers.

Binding Authority: The company and its members are bound by the provisions of the MOA. Any action taken beyond its scope may be considered ultra vires (beyond the powers) of the company and therefore void.
Amendment of MOA:
While the MOA lays down the company's fundamental principles, it is not entirely immutable. It can be amended, but only under specific circumstances and in compliance with legal procedures. Amendments typically require shareholder

5. The pulmonary circuit
• The pulmonary circuit carries
blood to the lungs to be
oxygenated and then back to the
heart. In the lungs, carbon
dioxide is removed from the
blood, and oxygen taken up by
the haemoglobin in the red blood
cells.
6. Systematic circuit
• The systemic circuit
carries blood around
the body to deliver the
oxygen and returns de-
oxygenated blood to
the heart. Blood also
carries nutrients and
waste.
7. The Heart!
• The heart is seen from the
front in the diagram. So the
right side of the heart is shown
on the left of the diagram. The
left side is on the right side of
the diagram.
• The heart is a muscular pump.
8. It also have chambers which are the..
• Right and left atrium that collects blood
• Right and left ventricle that pumps out blood
9. Heart
• Valves prevent the blood from
flowing backwards.
• The septum separates the two
sides of the heart.
• The right side of the heart
pumps de-oxygenated blood
(blood not containing oxygen)
to the lungs to pick up oxygen.
The left side of the heart
pumps the oxygenated blood
from the lungs around the rest
of the body
12. Platelets
elp the blood to clot. Clotting stops the
blood from flowing out of the body when
a vein or artery is broken
13. RED BLOOD CELL
ed blood cells are the most plentiful. In fact, a
healthy adult has about 35 trillion of them. The
body creates these cells at a rate of about 2.4
million a second, and they each have a life span
of about 120 days.
14. WHITE BLOOD CELL
hen the body is fighting off infection, it makes
them in ever-increasing numbers. Still,
compared to the number of red blood cells in
the body, the number of white blood cells is
low. Most healthy adults have about 700 times
as many red blood cells as white ones
15.
16. Arteries
Heart pumps blood out through one
main artery called the dorsal aorta.
It divides and branches out into
many small arteries. It carries
oxygenated blood from the heart to
the rest of the body.
17. Capillaries
Capillary release their oxygen
which passes through the wall and
into the surrounding tissue. The
tissue releases its waste products,
like carbon dioxide, which passes
through the wall and into the red
blood cells.
18. Veins
Veins have three layers: an
outer layer of tissue, muscle
in the middle, and a smooth
inner layer of epithelial cells.
Veins transport waste-rich
blood back to the lungs and
heart. It is important that the
waste-rich blood keeps
moving in the proper direction
and not be allowed to flow
backward.
