• Little bit fear
• Lack of clarity on profession/job
• Lack of seriousness about career
• Used to school/college atmosphere
• Lack of confidence
• Less focus
• No hands on experience

• No proper knowledge on real time scenarios
• Don’t know how to approach people
• How to face interview/dress code to follow
• Trainings and examination fear
THINK & FEEL
• I observed their lack of confidence about
getting a job or to face an interview. Literally
they are not sure on how the organizations
work and how the real time atmosphere is.
• Even though they have good skills, still they
are having fun like what they used to do in
college and they lack seriousness about
career.
• Their highest degree is electronics, but they
are planning to enter into software field that
shows their lack of clarity towards career.
• What they learnt in school/college is not
sufficient to get a job or to continue in a job as
they don’t have enough technical skills.
• They are planning to learn those skill
separately.

• they are approaching different consultancies to
get a job but not sure how to face an interview.
• Other than technical skills, they should also have
communication skills and inter personal skills.
• Primarily they are having lot of confusions about
working culture in an organization
• They don’t know how to approach people in a
company.
