ambitious, not- internet/IT savvy female student
needs an easy usable, fast and secure way to
find open positions that fit perfect to her
interests and experiences.
Idea generation
Constraint 1: Most obvious solutions
• Easy usable job search homepages
• Better designed newspaper ads
• School/ univertsity trainings for an easier transmission to a
job
• General trainings for IT usage
• A mentor to help to search jobs/ give advice
• Online courses to find out about their wants in the future
career
• Online videos to explain the present homepages
• A team-based student workshop for finding jobs
• A Coaching session explaining different job positions
(including expierienced employees)
• online newsletter for new job openings
Constraint 2: modified initial solutions
• Easy usable job search homepages including explaining „how to“ videos
• Better designed newspaper ads - all with the same structure and
information
• School/ univertsity trainings for an easier transmission to a job –
experience exchange of the students
• General trainings for IT usage - including job-homepage descriptions
• A mentor to help to search jobs/ give advice – from HR personell of
different companies
• Online courses to find out about their wants in the future career –
psycological questionaires (I am I, what do I really like?)
• Online videos to explain the present homepages – including a service
number
• A team-based student workshop for finding jobs – with an „I look out for
you partner“
• A Coaching session explaining different job positions (including
expierienced employees) – with a personal check for the inner interests
• online newsletter for new job openings – dependent on the online
inserted psychological attitudes
Constraint 3: solution of a 5-year old
• Talk to a friend and ask for help
• Ask parents for support to find a job
• Wait until someone gives you a job
• Be unhappy of the situation and go in the playroom
• Stay in school/university until you feel like you want to
work
• The teacher shall help show you how the next step will be
and help you in finding a job
• Call the companies and ask them for the expectations of
the job life
• Read online what to expect in terms of money,.. For the
position
• Just take the first job you can get and try it
• Just do what you like

budget
• Open hire an agency to find the perfect job for you
• Make an online profile of ones needs and looking-for
facts
• Design one´s own open-position homepage
• Open one´s own company
• Hire a job-coach
• Black-mail HR of a company
• Black-mail a Headhunter
• Get a psychologist to interpret you inner deeping
feeling regarding the expectations of the job life
• Create a job-offer newspaper with perfect information
of the job

spending money
• Open a learn group with fellow students to go for a job
search
• Invest time to understand newspaper/internet ads/
hompages
• Seek help with job-academies of the state
• Write a want/ not wants list of what i expect in a job
• Ask teachers in which job position they would see the
job-seeker
• Go to job-fairs
• Discuss fears of the future change with poeple in the
surrounding

over laws of nature
• Get super skills and with them loose the fear of
the change
• Read peoples mind to be able to answer all the
questions in a job interview
• Be invisible to follow people in the jobs the
person would be interested in
• Beam oneself into the internet and control the
order of the job-positions by thinking
• Be almighty to know exactly what you are looking
for and how to reach it without any fear

possible position would look like)
• Where to find jobs and what the easiest/ best ways are
(get possible help from co-students regarding filters
etc.)
• What to expect after the university (what will change
after university)

• Better Job-search homepage
– Easy usable job search homepages including
explaining „how to“ videos and a pychological test
to find out the inner-wants and expectations for
the future jobs
– Easy filtering of the job descriptions with an
integration of the job-seeker´s personality

• Get a mentor
– A mentor who is already in the job life can give the
best feedback on how-to´s and don´t-do´s during
the transmission phase from university to the job
life
– A mentor can also act like a „business angel“ and
give connection to possible companies

For the position • Just take the first job you can get and try it • Just do what you like

Idea selection 1 – most disruptive idea • Better Job-search homepage – Easy usable job search homepages including explaining „how to“ videos and a pychological test to find out the inner-wants and expectations for the future jobs – Easy filtering of the job descriptions with an integration of the job-seeker´s personality

Idea selection 1 – favourite idea • Get a mentor – A mentor who is already in the job life can give the best feedback on how-to´s and don´t-do´s during the transmission phase from university to the job life – A mentor can also act like a „business angel“ and give connection to possible companies
