PROGRAM PROFILE
1 Title
School Learning Action Cell (SLAC) for Teachers for School Year 2024 –
2025
2 Rationale Recognizing that our goal is to provide a classroom setting in a face to face
setting, a shifting from the modular to the latter one which allows for different
pupils ideas, passions, and learning styles, the school shall establish a
professional development plan to improve the quality of teaching and learning by
ensuring that teachers participate in substantial professional development to
improve pupils’ achievement and to build a collaborative learning community for
the benefit of the wider community as a whole.
No matter how good in-service training for teachers is, it cannot be expected to
prepare teachers for all the challenges they will face throughout their careers.
Education systems therefore seek to provide teachers with opportunities for

 help teachers become more effective in the normal classroom setting
following the face to face setting.
